Asked many questions of the business over the year...

Asked many questions of the business over the years and they never seem to know what I'm talking about. I am usually asking if they'd be able to order something, but the most common answer is, "I don't know of anything like that" I ask them if they can order something with the knowledge that it exists already... the least they can do is look it up on google.

I try and stick to getting things through local businesses, but when they are just too lazy to care, there is no sense in supporting them.
