Eagle Specialty Construction was hired as the general contractor for our neighbors. Despite repeated communications with the general contractor of the project since last fall, the company and their sub contractors continually block our driveway with their vehicles, park in our driveway and start working, creating a great deal of noise, prior to UA s mandated start time of 7:30 AM. We have had to call the police on numerous occasions so they too can tell them they re violating our rights and the laws, yet the company does nothing to correct the situation. This morning (5/23/20) they started working and making noise at 7:10 AM, waking up the neighborhood. We have tried to work with this company in complying with UA s guidelines, but the company continues to have no regard for the neighbors in the area. I want others considering this company to know how inconsiderate this company is to those in vicinity of their projects.
I called this company to possibly see if they could flip a staircase and some other upgrades to a home. Even though their website said they specialized in kitchen, bath,basement remodeling. I held hope they might be able to do the work. So when i called the person that awnsered the phone was not very friendly and told me they did not do that type of work as if it was beneath them. Maybe they do good work, i dont know but if thats the first contact experience, i wouldnt want them to do the work
