Citimap was fast, efficient and the staff were helpful and very kind. Definitely not my first time using them.
They are careful and thorough in their service.
Definitely recommend them,

I had a bad experience with Citimap.

First, one of the movers broke one of our table legs. However, as they patched it up with a screw, and it was an old table, we did not complain.

Second, one of our boxes was lost (or taken) in transition. When we realised it, we brought it to the surveyor's attention.

Third, when my mum followed up with the surveyor when he did not get back to us, the surveyor shouted at my mum. That was uncalled for and completely unacceptable.

I'd say use another mover.

First time using this mover for my small office move, from Woodlands to Jurong East. The team is very professional, patience and efficient. They also helped to dismantle and re-assemble my bottless racks at my new place. All furnitures are shrink-wrapped before moving. Most importantly, their charge is reasonable! Definitely recommend their service to all! Can call and look for Andy.

Have engaged Citimap for moving from 1 condo to another & I have to move 50 boxes of personal stuffs on top of a 3 footer double deck fish tank + 1 big 55" TV all within a day. We engaged Citimap movers early this year after a friend recommended them highly to us.
The team of about 8 or 9 movers were extremely professional and accommodating! They made sure our items were carefully handled. When setting up at our new place, the supervisor was very sharp and noticed that the corner of our bed frame was scratched. He immediately asked his workers what had happened, only to have us assure him that it wasn't their fault at all; our cat had been using the bed frame as a scratching post.
They made sure all the logistics were handled well such that we didn't have to worry about a thing. They handled the deposit with the condos, got the move completed within the stated time and were friendly and approachable throughout.
They even went well over and above what was expected:
- They helped us pack up the last of our things on the day of the move.
- They helped to move our fridge to a new location, and when it wouldn't fit through the door, they even helped to remove the fridge door to make it fit, then put the door back on again!
- They even helped to mount our TV and soundbar! That was totally unexpected, but really made our day =D
We recently hired another well-publicized moving company but let's just say that we seriously regretted it and wish we had hired Citimap again. We won't be moving again soon but will HIGHLY recommend Citimap movers to others in a heartbeat! Well done, Citimap! =D

Thanks Allan and his well trained team for the speedy and friendly domestic moving services! I needed to move out urgently and they managed to visit for quotation on Christimas eve, and delivered the packing materials on Christimas day! On the date of moving, their staff came on time, they are friendly, and dressed properly. Within 1.5 hours they carefully packed everything and move out to the new place. Pricing wise, it is also very reasonable. I recommend to whoever that need moving services. This experience is satisfactory.

Used their services a few days ago. Ask for Kiev - he replied to my queries asap ... very efficient. Has an excellent team of guys ... not a single scratch on my ceramic floor tiles despite the heavy furniture. Friendly, responsible and professional.

Be aware that they didn't follow a contract. They tried to change the moving schedule for their convenience.
We spent for 4 days to finish our moving due to their miscommunication themselves.

Have enagaged them a few times for shifting of my living in and tenanted properties.
Very prompt in their service.
Have various vehicle types for different capacity of load.
Very professional in wrapping and protecting the furniture
Will engage them for my future shifting needs

By far the best mover service i have ever engaged and i engaged them twice.
Speedy, efficient, responsive moving service with best price quoted in Singapore. Talk about speed, they could move my 15 boxes to a new place with non lift access level in less than 30 mins and service is performed as per what you have requested.

If i have plan to move house again<touch wood>, they will be the one to look for.

Citi Map has supported us for a decade now, be it in our private house-moving, corporate office move or point-to-point move. No job is too small or big for them and their quotes are always fair and reasonable. Very professional and responsible muscle-men the Company hires, who work with cheerfulness and great patience - SUPER!!!

This is a back-dated review. They came highly recommended and used Alan and his team for about more than a year ago but I realised they dropped and broke my Muji drawers. Naively giving them a big tip and not checking all the items. Lesson learnt: Take your time and check everything in detail.

Used this company 2 weeks ago, I had to buy my own bubble wrap as the movers ran out of them when carton boxes were delivered. Movers were quite professional and pleasant during the move but upon arrival at my place, my study table was spoiled and only held together by the clear wrap. The washing machine did not work immediately. Called and informed the company but no one revert, my follow ups calls were just ignored (calls not picked up) and my mobile number being blocked. Totally unprofessional.

I have been using CitiMap for my many movings throughout the years regardless of whether is it for my office or residence. They have been very professional and not one time I have any issue with them.

I will defintely recommend CitiMap for any moving needs to all my friends and associates.

Do not use them. They are unprofessional and they completed my packing, moving and unpacking over a period of 4 days.
They kept asking for payment earlier.
They don t communicate well within themselves which creates added confusion.

Some workers were familiar who came our home.
Definitely all of them are very skilled. They knew what I needed.

More 150 boxes for 5 family members were mesh. But no worried with Citimap. I also recommended them to my friend before. Quite good feedback.

One of additional service we used was that we asked Citimap to pack our kitchen belongings like bowls, cups and plates because we were not sure how we could pack all of them without any issues. I highly recommend that service.

I ve used Citimap Movers for 4 house moves and they re always great. Patient, nice, professional.

The team of 3 men turned up and wrapped the furnitures in efficient and careful manner. I had about 15 boxes and fair bit of furnitures moving from CBD to East Coast but the entire move took less than 3 hours. I was extremely pleased with the service. Highly recommended and I'll use them again for my future move!

Very quick and experienced movers. They dismantled everything carefully and wrapped them up in protective sheets or cardboard before moving. Allan was patient in listening to what I needed and offered the best pricing so far.

Horrendous movers!! Must pay for 60 boxes, ended with 30. Have to ask for bubble wraps and tapes and gave pathetic number to pacify. 2 weeks before moving, informed that our slot has been moved to 2pm instead of e agreed 930am!! We do have timing for moving house in sg right?! If they are professional and experience, they should know. We cancelled using them and found a much friendlier and considerate mover. No wonder they ask for payment for boxes in advance! Scam!

Satisfied with the service of Citimap SG movers. They have given 40 cartons initially and we paid 40SGD as refundable deposit. The movers came home ontime and shifted the items safely. After we unpacked, we requested the movers to collect the empty cartons and got the 40SGD back. Two things I liked with this movers - 1) We estimated 20 cartons. But the guy rightly estimated and gave us 40 cartons. 2) Due to unforeseen events, we changed the moving date and it was accepted by the company.

We employ CitiMap's service on 1 Feb, the workers came much earlier than the schedule time, all ready to start! They were very skillful, helpful, efficient & professional. Everything was well taken care of & we had a really great moving experience! Good Job Guys!! Cassandra (Bedok Res )

Bad service - leaded to more added stress as they kept asking us to request extension from the condo management - took forever and over a period of 3 days to move.

Experienced movers. Simple and fast. Always a good experience.

Overall a mediocre experience. Worst part is that CityMap refused to credit back the deposit for the empty cartons when returned to them. I should have just kept the cartons myself. Very disappointing.
