Natalie is everything I need from a massage therapist. She's got a soft presence but healing and intuitive strength. She is courteous and professional and invested in her client's wellness and comfort. Her knowledge base and expertise is apparent in all she does during her sessions. I go to her for true therapeutic/deep tissue massage and the effects are incredibly impactful on my physical and mental health. The spa itself is also wonderful, very welcoming and serene and the entire staff is clearly doing everything in their power to keep themselves and their clients healthy.

I took my daughter here for her college graduation mother daughter time. We both got an eyebrow wax. My wax went very quick because my brows are thinni g but when I got home I had several stray hairs that I had to pluck myself. I was never offered a mirror to look at them when she was finished. My daughter had a mani and she had to have a nail fixed twice before we left the parking lot. We both had gel pedis. My gel is terrible, it is uneven and not to the edge of my toe. Its only been 4 days and its starting to wear off on the tips of my big toe. My gel mani is terrible. She did not get the edge of my nails and the polish is not even, its lighter and darker in certain places she was shaking very badly. She did not do anything about my cuticles. We also were crammed into a little tiny room that was so small the staff couldn't even get to their own items. Ypu could hear everyone's conversations and it was not relaxing even though it is supposed to be. For the price that I paid I am sad and upset that this is the result. The ladies were very nice but when you pay almost $300 you expect things to turn out nicely with no complaints.
A friend and I went to get a cloud 9 package that they offer. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the girl doing my nails was slow breathing hard the whole time, shaking a lot. She put too thick of a layer on. There's bubbles and scuffs on both my thumbs. On both my feet and hands the polish didnt get all the way too the edge of the side of my nails. She did nothing with my cuticles, barely filed. When she did she used a very coarse file so my nails were all jagged. Some spots you could see through the polish. The nail room was tiny. The tech's were struggling to get to the things they needed. I have had my nails done a lot. I know when someone is skilled. They did offer to have me come back and they would redo them for free. I thought that was a nice offering but, i said no because I already spent so much time getting them done in the first place. My time is precious! She should have gotten it right the first time. I had to go buy some glitter polish to put over it, so it at least looked presentable. With that being said. The lady doing my massage was amazing! She had short brown hair and glasses. She did an amazing job on my neck and shoulders. Really did great! The facial was great! The foot soak was fun. Spending $300 you would think my nails would look better. This is an honest review of my personal experience, its not to say that someone else would go there get their nails done and have a great experience. would go back just not to get my nails done.
Great techs and LMT s! For a small space (that will be expanding soon) there s lots of services. If you re having a hard time getting a massage at your franchise place, try Eagle Day Spa.
What an awesome experience! I booked an appointment to take my mother and daughter for manicures/pedicures. Amy was so friendly on the phone and I knew right away I had found a special place. When we arrived, we were treated to three of the most amazing, fun nail technicians ever! Kristin, Hailey, and Ruby are the best. Not only did we enjoy fun conversations, but our nails are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Eagle Day Spa!!
I had the best experience at Eagle Day Spa! Hailey did my manicure and pedicure and she did an amazing job! She was sweet, professional, and personable. My nails have never looked better! I would highly recommend her for all nail services!
When I initially walked in, the receptionist was very welcoming & the place smelled soo nice. The environment was so relaxing and my masseuse, Angel was so sweet and professional. Being my first time getting a massage she made me feel so comfortable and asked me throughout my hour of bliss how I was doing...I definitely left feeling very relaxed and happy. I highly recommend this place.
A friend of mine referred me to Christina at Eagle Day Spa For a gel mani. She did not disappoint!!! My nails came out soo cute, and she was super friendly. I can't wait to come back!
Love this day spa. Beautiful. Clean and relaxing. The staff are amazing. I went to get my nails done. Kristin did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her for nails. I also bought some gorgeous jewelry there. I have to commend them on their safety protocol for screening for Covid. My temperature was taken before entering and hand sanitizer was offered.
