I work here, and this place is AWESOME!!! I am very blessed to work with such a talented and passionate group of people, and to be working with cutting edge technology!

[Consructive critique on Madden please hear me out]

Why not include an offical rule book accessible through the menu. That way people who really want a in depth study of the game can. The game is buggy you'd think after all the Madden games that have come and gone dynamic character movements wouldn't be a problem, but it is. Face of the franchise. I dig it few things that could be better.
1.) Include more position options.
2.)Give the announcers more dialogue it gets pretty dry.
3.) The announcers are often out of sync when calling plays that happen. My QB runs twenty eight yards and hes judging me on my incomplete pass and how I passed on my back foot...
4.) New announcers. Tony Romo is my personal announcer choice but there are many to choose from. Heck make them interchangeable select a personality duo option.
Other than those critiques its Madden it pretty much the same every year. I wish EA would take this game into more depth. Players get traded all of the time why doesn't that happen in face of the franchise? I'd like an option to contact my favorite team to let them know I'm interested and maybe submit a proposal? I gave it a three star because I think it has the potential to be much much more than a football game that seems to be the same game over and over. I recall a game called NFL Fever where you could customize your pad and play paper football. It was a place you could check stats, messages, trophies, ect.

Love working here and this place really care about it people and products!

Playtesting here is a wonderful experience. You can tell just by sitting in the lobby the employees are really passionate about their work. If you have an opportunity to do a playtest, do it. You get free games, and they get honest feedback on future titles. Wins all around.

EA itself has a bad reputation in the general gaming community because of predatory monetization in some of their games, but this is just one of the development studios making the games we all love. Knowing that difference, and seeing the developers themselves personally, the passion for their work really shows.

The lobby is really nice, and the day I went there for my playtest there were delicious food trucks around noon. Everyone was friendly and it seemed like a great environment to work or visit.

The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.

As for cost, we selected initial values based upon data from the Open Beta and other adjustments made to milestone rewards before launch. Among other things, we're looking at average per-player credit earn rates on a daily basis, and we'll be making constant adjustments to ensure that players have challenges that are compelling, rewarding, and of course attainable via gameplay.

We appreciate the candid feedback, and the passion the community has put forth around the current topics here on Reddit, our forums and across numerous social media outlets.

Our team will continue to make changes and monitor community feedback and update everyone as soon and as often as we can.

EA is a horrible company to interview at. My husband has interviewed many times with this company.Each time he was asked to dedicate many hours of his time to take programming tests and partake in long interviews. He passed many of the tests and was still told he was not good enough. EA please stop wasting people's time looking for the perfect person. Stop being unprofessional. One of the interviewers even went back and forth discussing how to move forward to then have the recruiter call my husband the same day saying he didn't read the interview notes and would not move forward. Again, wasting people's valuable time.

If I had to discribes EA s integrity for the gaming world in a single phrase it would be Lack Luster . But one phrase can t compare to the years of thrown together projects I ve been forced to endure only to muster up vague hope that EA reign again through sheer fan empowering dominance. But I am disappointed year in and out as I can feel the scarce care for making an impactful game as I play what use to be one of my favorite titles in madden. Instead the company strives for developing poor product with little to no innovation, whilst possessing a money hungry trait with a passion. Instead of fulling the game up with current content and adding to it, they take some features out and reintroduce a couple years down the line. I m not sorry but I refuse to support a source that s willing to buy out competition in order to not go all out in terms of fully entertaining their investing crowd. If I could give them half a star I would.

Worked here for 12 months, loved it, great people to work for.

I just go there for the food trucks, but the area is nice... Can't get in unless you work there.

Madden sucks.. please loose the licensing for the NFL so a good company can pick it up like 2k. So they can make a really good football game!! A really good career mode..

Thanks for the continued ripping off of your consumers. The lack of mental capacity EA developers must have to think they can just throw a full blown ad mid game without backlash. Frickin amazing.

Congratulations EA! You've earned 1 star, each additional star will require a copy of the new FIFA game or star wars battlefront each year, and if it doesn't reach my expectations one star will be removed! (The stars will expire after 3 consecutive years) good luck on your journey!

Don't use origin or ea for anything. They are a very unethical company. They will make charges on your account then tell you that you did it and refuse to fix their mistake, that actually makes it fraud. The first support person i talked to on they phone lied to me and said its not possible to get my stolen money returned. They charged 99 dollars to my account and changed my subscription for no reason. i fought with them for hours on the phone to finally get a a so called specialist to agree to return my money then they don't do it. It seems that you can't even remove credit card info from there site. Stay away from this this company and their games, you will get ripped off. I'm sure the building is very nice with all their customers stolen money.

Was given the opportunity to be a backup playtester. I wasnt needed but was still rewarded with a free game. Applied for a full time position here lets hope i get it!

It's very clean. I went for a playtest. This is basically an office though, and there is nothing to do here unless you have business with them.

This place was amazing! We had a blast. The staff was super friendly, fun and funny. We got to see the entire process on how they make the Madden video game.
