The company is looking for programmers, but after a technical conversation I get the impression that the most important parameter is how the person employed can work quickly - in the negative sense of the word. A bit like general experience, ability to solve problems and what kind of person you are was far behind when it comes to expectations. In my life I went through several recruitment processes, but after none of them I was as disgusted as after E NET. It's a pity, because the first impression after entering the building was very positive.
