DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR APARTMENTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This has been the absolute worst experience I ve ever had. 1.) When I came to sign my lease the apartment information and prices were totally different from my offer latter. I was over charged for my security deposit and prorated rent. I never got that money credited to my account. 2.) The apartment was dirty and not move in ready. The carpet was not new and extremely dirty. My mom and I had to clean up ourselves. 3.) There were roaches and mold everywhere. 4.) Both the toilet and sink flooded constantly. 5.) sewage came up in the tub and kitchen sink 6.) bed bugs 7.) No heat or hot water in the winter and I caught the flu! 8.) There was a gas leak with my teenager in the house. 9.) I lost my job due to having to take off from both myself and son getting sick due to the conditions of my unit. I had to fight to get my job back which I did because I had documentation. When I got behind on rent they were not willing to workout a payment plan. 10.) Once I turned in my keys I tried again to request a payment plan to bring my balance to zero and I was told no it will be sent to collections.11.) I tried to contact E&G group property management and never got a call back NEVER. NEVER got a return email NOTHING AT ALL! 12.) I never got a mailbox key 13.) Never fixed my heat and air system 14.) never got rid of the mold they only painted over it!!! BOTTOM LINE THEY DON T CARE!!! Don t move here there are better places for the prices they are asking for.

The leasing stuff did not know what they were doing. We were told we had the apartment and then later we were told they we had to turn in documents that we had already given and then after turning that in, we were denied. They constantly lied about not having our documents which makes no sense because we wouldn't have had a complete app without them. The lady did not calculate our income correctly and told us we were over the max which was impossible because we don't make no where close to $52,000. Some staff were rude and it's very unfortunate as I have lived in the area for so long and wanted something new. Management has never responded to any of our emails since then, very unprofessional. If I could rate no stars, I would.

Do not move to this apartment building.

1. Leasing office do not pick-up phone.
2. Leasing office do not answer maintenance request until they feel like-it.
3. Do not respond to pest issues in a timely and effective manner.
4. High turnover with leasing staff. Someone is always getting fired or hired. No consistency in staff whatsoever.
5. Staff at the headquaters do not pick-up or return phone calls when residents are trying to report issues. They feel they are to high in their position to address issues happening on the property they own.
6. Overall, there are better buildings to move in to in this area.

Very poor properties promise you a washer a dryer in a apt and haven't got one yet and suppose to been in the remodeled unit and wasn't.

I have lived on Glen Tock Lansing property for over a year and it has been anything but a planet experience. For over two months now I have been email the property manager, the regional, and the director over the regional in regards to my washer that has not been working. I get ignored and when they do repsinded after me emailing and calling several times I get told they have no expected date to when I will have a washer. Then to make it worst they are only willing to give me $25 a month for Janine to leave my home to wash anyone who has washes at a laundromat knows it coast way more then that to wash for a month. If I wanted to leave my home and wash I would have moved to an apt w/o a washer and dryer. The staff are very rude and unprofessional they speak to you as if you are bothering them. They way you are treated by the property staff and management is horrible.

The experience I had and/or have with this management company its that some members of the staff are the worst I have ever encountered. Rude, disrespectful, pass the buck, lack people skills, and good at misrepresenting facts and figures.

I m disgusted with the way we and the residents are Treated there are homeless sleeping in the trashroom,hallway, and stairs, the building smells like marijuana, cigarets. It takes them a a very long time to get back to you, my apartment air conditioner does not work and we ve been telling them about that problem for a good 2-3 months, kids live in this apartment,It s currently summer and incredibly hot. The company does not seem to care about anything. There is no security(hardly any cameras)that s why currently homeless(not only homeless, but also people who drink, break and enter cars, steal bikes-etc)are getting in the building, the garage door does not work. If you are planning to move in this apartment I suggest you not to.

E and G Group Glen Rock Apartments: No security doors. Door knobs without key holes. If you want one you have to pay for one? Pad lock being broke into but rental office doesn't take immediate action to change the padlock, so therefore, I don't feel safe here.

I'm disgusted of this company, high turnover with leasing staff, every time they switch property manager. No one answer the phone, they basically don't care, worst people to deal with. I'm sick of it.

This is the worse company to deal with. Every time they switch property managers, my account somehow is wrong. They cashed my rent check but did not apply it to my account. No one ever answers the phone and they don t call you back. This is beyond ridiculous and I m sick of it.

I have lived in this RATCHET!!! Place for a year to long, the bugs the leasing staff and the flooding and mold, mildew in my apartment is unbelievable. I have been promised since July that I was going to be transferred to another unit it is now embarking on Oct and I am still in the infested apartment which has caused health issues for me at this time. I have been called three times by Ms. Queen who is the regional property manger for E&G telling me that she had a unit for me today I get a call she telling me I have to pay them my rent to 0 to get transferred to another unit. How does this really works? If they would have taken care of the flooding issue in a timely manner we would not be here where does the buck stop where we have to still pay to live in a in habitable place. I pray not that anything bad happens to this complex I pray that they shut it down until they are found on compliance with the living codes of MD. I would not put my enemy in this place. Ms. Queen played me like a fiddle but it all good GOD got you and once he gets a hold of you there is nothing no one can do. I am tired of dealing with these complexes that do not take care of them. Garbage disposal smelling like the sewer
Ceiling has green mold spots and just getting darker
Neighbors stealing your stuff and braking in your cars
Leasing office lying to you
They put a lot of effort in collecting there money but (NO!!) effort in allowing you to live in a habitable place. Something has to be done!!!!!
Housing needs to come and do something about this and Better business bureau. Channel five and seven needs to come and help us out over here. This is not a place where you want to live. I moved in and and the guy that was very good and helpful when I did my application then once I moved in he was let go or transferred. When that happened I was so dismayed I was like OK this is not what I signed up for. Every since they have had four different sets of people in the front office they all learn how to lie and the crew in there now the regional manager do not want them contacting her WOW what a company. Karma is really a good friend of mines. I am very tired now I have to do what needs to be done to get my health back on track. I am now on three inhalers and taking prednisone. I am on this because of the mold and mildew in the apartment. That the property mangers do not want to take care of. Oh I forgot to say that they have a prospect to buy the property and I pray they know what they are about to get into the plumbing is bad all through the grounds and the gas lines are all messed up. So good luck to the new owners. SMH...Waste of money investing int this property. This property does not deserve any stars if I could give them a sad face I would. I just gave you all a couple of pictures to look at . It's a shame it would not let me post unless I clicked a star I don't have a star to give them I just click it to get to next step. Do not apply to this apartment complex it is terrible. Dogs poop all over the place, bird fecess in the front of the building and they refuse to hire anyone to come and remove the pigin nest from on top of the light in the front of the building so you have to walk in it to get into your apartment. SMH, trash always running over ppl from other places come drop their trash in the dumpster or near it and we pay $5 for the trash to be picked up per day and others come and use it to so we paying for the community to use the dumpsters. Someone had a broke window for a min and just last month it got fixed. They put someone out I will say in May and the stuff stayed out in the front of the building and in the street until July. SMH. Poor management here if the head is not right the body not right.

This property management group is very unprofessional.
