I m disgusted with the way we and the residents are Treated there are homeless sleeping in the trashroom,hallway, and stairs, the building smells like marijuana, cigarets. It takes them a a very long time to get back to you, my apartment air conditioner does not work and we ve been telling them about that problem for a good 2-3 months, kids live in this apartment,It s currently summer and incredibly hot. The company does not seem to care about anything. There is no security(hardly any cameras)that s why currently homeless(not only homeless, but also people who drink, break and enter cars, steal bikes-etc)are getting in the building, the garage door does not work. If you are planning to move in this apartment I suggest you not to.
