Hours are poor especially in the summer. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays and the prices don t accommodate for it. Lacking very much in this area and could definitely use some major improvements with hours and customer service

My first time back since the remodel.
Love the new set up, love the pool(s), but they lose a star because it looks like there may have been some penny pinching during the remodel with the drinking fountains. They work and are clean, but lack pressure and arent cold at all.

Great facility otherwise

it is ok but very frustrated with the lockers. the bigger private ones are never available and the reserved locker or free one are so small i cant get my dam gym bag in it. the locker room was the one thing i forgot to investigate. i wouldn't have signed up for a year if i knew the lockers are made for elementary school children. forget bringing in a shirt on a hanger let a lone a suit. even two lockers wouldn't be big enough. oh and some dam place to sit while at your locker would be great, something more then a broken chair or half broken bench. very disappointed.

Great swimming pool, workout area and ball floor. Locker rooms and saunas tend to be crowded. At the wirlpool you may ran into some people that have never used this type of facilities before which may result in problems for you and other visitors.

The benches are occupied a majority of the times when I'm there. It's really not a big deal. There are plenty of machines to use.
It seems to be busier in the evenings from my experience.
It's pretty nice and decently maintained.
The saunas in the locker rooms are also a bonus.
Pretty satisfied over all.

Great place to workout. Comes free when you are a full time student at the college. There is something for everyone. In the lover levels there are wallyball, squash and racquetball courts as well as a areobics area. The main floor and upper level is the workout and cardio area with 3 fullcourt basketball areas as well as and enclosed sport for badminton or tenis or whatever as well as a indoor track. As for the locker rooms they are maintained greatly with an automatic swimsuit dryer and a sauna right in the locker room. This is a great place that covers a wide range of physical activity.

Great place to workout at. Plenty to do, the only reason I gave a 4 out of 5, is some information i wasn't told about when buying a membership, you have to pay for parking .

EDIT: My husband and I have been trying to cancel our passes here because of some person issues that have came up . Along with that this place is very poor on communcation with its members. Hours and times have changed, we havent been able to get the full experience of the membership . So we've been calling and trying to reach someone for 2 weeks now with no success on reaching anyone. We have left voicemails and no one has returned it. We had asked that we recived a refund for our children and to cancle our passes (we were to pay every month for a year), also return the money we paid for parking up front. (Which was one of the issues we had with not communicating because we had no idea we had to PAY for parking). I feel like ever since we have recived our passes there has been a constant issue with one thing or another. As someone who has to pay to get in the center and pay $500 plus I expected alot more .

My child was part of the NYLF:Pathways to STEM program hosted here. The college campus was so clean and well maintained the students were friendly and respectful. This was an amazing week long exsperience. I am so grateful to the staff and the college for taking immaculate care of our children. I would recommend this again and again.

There needs to be paper towels in the locker rooms. I can t blow my nose with an air hand drier.

I ve also been seeing a lot of people blow their nose on the gym floor with the paper towels provided to clean the equipment. They then go back to using the gym equipment without using any sanitation. Please kick these kids out forever
