1. This is a complete money making and non customer friendly service provider. They know and created all rules to make sure they can make money from the customers (if you get to sign up). Don't go by the price the showcase.
2. Cost of shipping the crappy device $9.99, number porting $9.99, if you plan to use a mobile extension buy an app for $6.
3. Best is the return policy (A charge of $49.99 will apply to the customer's credit card for any equipment not returned. A restocking fee of $9.99 will apply to the customer's credit card for any equipment returned in damaged condition or with missing components or not in original packaging). Seriously someone will keep the shipping container intact wow wow wow...
4. So there is all reasons to charge you another $9.99 even when you hate their service and leaving

5. The folks are so not courteous and if have a problem with the voice quality. Well not their issue. It is your internet service provider issue, the router issue and anything to make you feel that you are responsible for the problem and they are perfect....
Most of the service technical team have no clue and will tell you that someone will call you in the 24 hours... god bless you can now get a call at the middle of the night...
6. Now here is the best one. If you are planning to change the service, they will not release you number (if trying to port out your own number). You will have to wait so that the monthly billing cycle is done and they can make that $15 plus takes and BTW THAT WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BACK for EVEN the portion of time you have not used.
Folks this is the worst service and customer non friendly company I have seen as off now. Please spread the word and make sure you don't sign up...

The trainer was very knowledgeable and able to meet my objective of getting up to speed on the subject. I'm happy that I took training from E-Base Technologies.
