Dr. Dyson is a wonderful pediatrician! He took care of all three of my children always attentive and passionate about his work! His staff is amazing and professional they all genuinely care about their patients and they re wellbeing.
Dr Dyson and the nurse staff have been attentive, knowledgeable, and always helpful. We are now taking our 2nd child here and would recommend this practice to any friends looking for a quality pediatrician.
My sons have been patients of Dr. Dyson for about 7 years. I have always been impressed with his attention to our concerns and genuine concern for the well being of our kids. He is not a doctor that will just throw an antibiotic at a sick child. He takes the time to consider treatment plans on an individual basis.

The office itself is clean and there is a tv in the waiting room to distract my kids from the fear of vaccinations.
I can t think of a time that I was not able to get an appointment during their regular business hours. They do their best to fit people in when they need medical attention. Even during this pandemic, my kid spiked a fever and we were able to get in same day for treatment of strep.

I love our son PCP Dr. Dyson, he s out of network with our insurance but we re always willing to go with him because we trust him with our son care! his MA joy is awesome, always in a good mood, friendly and always asking how we are doing as parents as well. Today we got a different ma and she was very nice and pretty awesome as well! I always enjoy when they tell me not to be afraid to call during the weekend if I have any questions,They always have someone for me to reach out to.
Dr. Dyson s office is pretty clean they have a good theme going on each room (superheroes, sports, etc) front office has a nice big tv that plays good Disney movies.

We have been seeing Dr. Altomare at Dyson Pediatrics since our Daughter was born and she really is an amazing doctor. She is very patient friendly and takes her time to develop personal connections and we feel that she genuinely cares about our little one. Their office and nursing staff have been nothing but great and I would highly reccomend them.
Dyson pediatrics is the best pediatrics I have ever seen. There facilities are warm and inviting. The staff is very kind and helpful. Dr. Dyson is one of the most (if not #1) caring and knowledgeable doctors I have ever meet. He is a rarity that we need more of. I know that if/when our kids have a health issue, they will get the best help I can possibly find.
Dr Dyson and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They can always squeeze you into an appointment pretty quickly. And Dr Dyson is extremely educated and forth coming with all information. Some times I feel I don't have full undivided attention with the best bedside manner. But 90% of the time, everyone is lovely and amazing!

Have been absolutely amazing with my son's care and incredible with addressing all my concerns and questions. We travel over 2hrs to have my son seen here because the care he received in our area was horrendous. My son is 15months and has had on going issues since he was hospitalized in Dec 2019. The doctors in our area almost killed him and only wanted to constantly put him antibiotics. We are incredibly lucky to have found Dr. A and because of her my son is getting the care he needs and deserves!!
Dr. Dyson has been our pediatrician since my son was about 7 months old. We have followed him through two previous locations, multiple staff changes, and moves ourselves. He is a kind, caring and compassionate doctor. My son has Asthma and when he was younger was hospitalized for it quite a bit. Dr. Dyson would take time out of his mornings to come and check on him. He is friendly with the kids, he remembers their interests and talks to them about them when they come in. He remembered that I was in school and asked about it frequently. He cares about the whole family, and the fact that he takes that time to talk to you and not just check you out, in my opinion, is something that is rare these days. I would and have recommended him to people. He is a great doctor and a great person.

This office is the best. My son is about 6 months old and Dr. Dyson has been an incredible physician. I appreciate his thoroughness, compassion and overall care. There have been times when he was not able to see my son, and Dr. Altomare filled in just as beautifully! The office staff and Med Assistants are also available to answer any of our concerns/questions and direct us in any way they can. It has been so helpful in calming our angst in the midst of being new parents.
Both my husband and I have been so impressed with and encouraged by Dr. Dyson s professionalism and frankness. He is caring for our first child and he takes the time to answer all our questions, reassures is when things are normal, and is quick to develop a plan to address issues with her health.

Dr. Altomare is a truly a wonderful doctor! Our 4 month old son is our first child, like most new parents, we have a ton of questions and concerns. She patiently sits with us (every visit) and answers every question, no matter how long it takes. Not only does she answer our questions, she explains the reason for her answer. She is also a mother and speaks to you as such. She puts everything in terms we can understand and makes us feel so comfortable. We are so grateful that we found her!

It has been a bumpy road leaving the hospital with our preemie, but dyson and price have been there for us every step of the way. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Couldn t even talk to someone on the phone, was on hold for 5 min every time before I decided to hang up and I called three times just ask a quick question. Meanwhile on hold my wife was able to call three places to see if they do circumcision and found one place AND SCHEDULE before I had to tell the lady don t put me on hold I just have a quick question to then still put me on hold lmao like I m straight I don t wanna go here
Our son actually loves going here which makes us feel that much more comfortable.. he hates shots but goes anyway.. plus he s in the billion questions stage and our doc and nurses do so well being patient and answering what they can..

I liked that you could come to sick call and get an an appointment when you needed one. The office staff was kind and attentive. I had two major issues with the office having to do with bodily fluids not being cleaned and the other more significant problem was we were told incorrect information about allergy testing and thus my daughter was unsuccessfully and repeatedly subjected to blood draws at 6 months which was traumatic. My husband and I both shared our concerns and felt dismissed and have switched providers.
Doctors and techs at this pediatrician s office are the absolute best. Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable staff all around. The Dyson Pediatric Clinic has continued to keep my daughter safe, healthy and happy. It is always easy to get appointments as well. I highly encourage others to give this clinic a try. They really have outstanding service here.

After calling pediatricians around the Gilbert area, none would do a circumcision on my my son, due to him being "too old," so when I found Dr. Dyson, I was happy to know, he performed circumcision's up to 3 months. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff, who took very good care of us. After the procedure, Dr. Dyson was very knowledgeable in what I needed to do, as far as after care. What was really awesome, he called later that evening to check on my baby. I would definitely recommend him, in the future! Thank you Dyson Pediatrics for taking great care of us!
As a mother, you want NOTHING but the best for your babies. My daughter is currently 2 almost 3 and since birth I had struggled to find a good pediatrician for my daughter. I had trouble with my questions not getting answered and quick doctor visit, not because I WANTED to, but because my previous doctor would only check her growth and any concerns I had they were not explain thoroughly and made it seem that I was JUST another mom with ANOTHER baby. When I moved to Tucson, my daughter was due for her yearly check-up(I hadn't taken her at her first yearly check-up because I already knew what the Dr. was going to say) I was scared to schedule with any pediatric due to the fact that I wanted the BEST CARE for my daughter. I looked online and found Dyson Pediatrics. I reviewed their website and made an appointment. My first appointment with them was AMAZING! My daughter was seen my Dr. Altomare, and she is the sweetest! She did all the test she needed to do such as blood work and her vaccines. I got results so quick. SO I said to myself THIS IS WHERE I WANT HER TO BE TAKEN CARE OF.
I made a second appointment because I was concerned by daughter had a UTI. She also had a stye that had been there for more than a year because they ALL told me the same thing. Dr. Altomare prescribed a medication I never thought to use and her stye is almost gone! Thank you Dr. Altomare and her staff! The girls have always made me feel welcomed :) and love that they address you as "Mom" or "Mamma". Our kids are the most precious thing and they deserve the BEST CARE!! I am currently pregnant with my second child, and for sure I will schedule for his/her first visit there!
I would give 5 stars but I ve only been once so far with my newborn and the experience was superbly positive. I saw dr Altmore and she was amazing with us. I highly recommend this establishment just based on my first appointment.
This billing department at this office is terrible. They said I had an over charge and I asked for a printed statement. When I got the statement things were listed that they did not perform. Therefore, they committed fraud against the insurance and me. I told the front desk lady, she said theres nothing she could do. 10 minutes later she said there was results, but my son never took the test they charged us for. Therefore, they lied about the test and put in results that were made up. It was a pass or fail test which made it easy to do. I will never go to this office again. The front desk staff are the worst!!
To add: The office saw my negative review and a week letter we got a letter saying they noticed we were dissatisfied with their office and therefore would not be a physician for my children. Which we had already found a new doctor the same day this first incident happened. So unprofessional.

The best pediatrician. I love Dr. Dyson. My kids have been patients of Dr. Dyson for almost 11 years. I met Dr. Dyson when I was pregnant with my daughter 11 years ago and didn't have a pediatrician in mind but Dr. Dyson approached me and asked if I had a doctor I said no then he asked what insurance I said AHCCCS he said we dont accept AHCCCS but I will accept you. We were the first patients that he took in with AHCCCS insurance.

We love Dr Dyson. We have been seeing Dr Dyson since my boys were infants and now they are 3 and 6. We adore all the nurses that assist Dr. Dyson. The are very warm caring and sweet. Dr. Dyson rocks in the words of my 6 year old. Dr Dyson chats with the boys about their favorite things and gets to know them. He has lots of books at the office that the boys love to grab and read and show off their reading skills. We will continue to go to Dr Dyson for many many years to come.
Dr. Dyson has been thorough and compassionate in caring for our son. We moved to Tucson when our son was 3 months and now at 3 years old, he pretends to be Dr. Dyson taking good care of his toys. Dr. Dyson takes extra precautions to ensure our son is healthy and reassures us anxious first time parents when needed. He has great bedside manner (has even called us after hours to check on the little one) and connects well with our son. He follows AAP guidelines and we trust his advice (especially given he has 3 children of his own). Also, the staff is great (patient and friendly).

I have been taking my kids to Dr Dyson's office for over 2 years now. We have always had the best experience when we go in. The staff are always comforting and respectful to us and other patients when we are there. II have never had a bad experience with anyone at Dr Dyson's clinic.
Recently I had to take my youngest (1yr) to the walk in hours to be seen and she was able to see Dr Altomare that day. I had never met her prior to that day so I did not know what to expect from her but my daughter needed to be seen. When I finally met Dr Altomare I was surprised at how friendly she was. Especially since she was extremely busy with so many walk in patients that day. She took her time with my daughter and I and asked a lot of questions to find out what was wrong with my daughter. She definitely made us feel comfortable while we were there. She told what was wrong with my daughter and how to treat it. I did exactly what she told me to do and it worked like she said it would! I was very happy with her and already have my son's 5 year check up scheduled with her in a few weeks.
The nurses were nice and it was great to get the flu shot and the blood draw all in the same place, but we didn t appreciate Dr. Dyson aloof and impersonal manner; he seemed in a hurry and wasn t particularly nice; professional but not really interested in getting to know his new patient or putting the kid at ease.
My son had some sort of rash for a few days and we couldn t quite figure out what it was. Decided to do a walk-in visit to Dyson and was seen within 30 minutes. It ended up being viral and it cleared up on its own. Everyone there was very professional and friendly. Great place!

We saw Dr. Altomare, it was a great first visit because my child, who is 13, felt comfortable talking with the doctor. Couldn t be more happy with Dr. Dyson and his outstanding professional practice. Dr. Dyson has been my son's doctor since his birth a little over 4 1/2 years now and he has been extremely generous with his time whenever we visit with him. The attention to detail and thoroughness Dr. Dyson displays throughout his visits with my son is only second to his level of care. With that said my family is beyond satisfied with Dyson Pediatrics and plans to stay with them as long as they allow us to.

I really love this place with dr. Price and stuff. He is an amazing dr. But today I was there and the lady Dr.shannon just almost wouldn't have no for an answer. Like I don't want my kids to have a flu shot because nurses don't want the flu shot. she didn't seem happy about that either. The lady that was in the room with us that gave my kids his other shots which I allow the look on her face I don't know if she was stunned on how sure I was about not getting it and my facts behind why I don't or the fact how the dr was so persistent. Other then that Dr price and dyson are great. And the nurse are OK too
There is a sign on the door that says "LEAVE A REVIEW ON GOOGLE WIN $500" so naturally these aren't all honest reviews and I had a terrible experience that included the nurse practitioner yelling at us because my baby was crying and ending with her telling us not to come back unless we were getting her immunized because we're "new patients and everyone gets them"? And she actually said that she didn't know what to do when people ask questions about shots which is sad to hear. I check ingredients of all the shots FIRST before I'll let you inject my baby, I'm not going to let you just because you did it to your kids. We just moved back to Tucson so if you're telling me that I can't wait until I'm comfortable with it then we're going to find a new pediatrician. Although the actual pediatrician was very kind, we got to meet him after an hour of waiting, the nurse practitioner is the reason we're not going back and would highly reccomend getting rid of her. We've been seeing Dr. Dyson since my son was born 6 months ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. We've seen both Dr. Dyson and Dr. Altomare, as well as the nurse practitioner in the office. They've all been great!
Dr. Dyson is so kind and has chatted with us about all kinds of random topics, from books to sports, in between caring for our son so visits are always fun. He does tend to talk pretty fast when giving instructions and advice, so I made sure to bring a notebook to jot stuff down (especially in those early newborn days when my memory was shot and sleep deprivation was at its height).
We have only seen Dr. Altomare once when Dr. Dyson was out unexpectedly, but she was so patient and also very kind. If you want a practitioner that takes their time with you and you tend to feel "rushed" by other doctors, she has a great, more toned-down energy than many others doctors I have seen.
Overall, everyone has been great and we've never had a problem getting an appointment quickly when needed. I especially appreciate the walk in hours. All of the practitioners are also patient with the first-time-parent overreaction calls/visits that probably aren't necessary (we've had three of these so far!). We had Dr. Dyson call us over the weekend to check in, done a walk in visit with the NP, and scheduled an appointment for these random concerns that have popped up over the last six months and they are all great about communicating that it's nothing to worry about without making you feel silly for being concerned.

Dr. Altomare is my son Ace s pediatrician and she s always very nice informative and relatable. And Joy is my favorite nurse and fun To talk to and does her job very well. I recommend them to all my new mom friends to Dyson Peds just like my best friend did for me I ve gone with her to her daughters appointments with Dr Dyson and I liked the staff and the doctors before I ever even thought about having kids so I was very happy to start taking my son here right after I had him and I plan to all the way up until he outgrows it.
Very easy, fast visit that was very enjoyable. Dyson Pediatrics is an amazingly happy place for children and teens.
I love Dyson office because they are super friendly and help, their fun as well because we get to watch movies as we wait!
