I've applied for many admin roles and not heard back from these guys. I have over 4 years experience and after months of applying i still see the same admin job come up for Dynamite recruitment so whats the big deal here? Not saying these guys are a bad recruitment agency but how they handle things aren't very good in my opinion. I had some help from these guys once before, got me an interview but nothing after that, the consultant was a bloody child. They never seem to offer explanation as to why you not been selected or better yet at the moment, not even indicating that they've even looked at the application. Amateurish
