Wow! Le Sivory exceeded my expectations in every way. Other than no hot water the first night due to a broken boiler (which was fixed the next day), it was everything a relaxing a beautiful vacation should be. Our room was the very last row, but we could still see a sliver of ocean. The bed was giant and comfortable. The food was always fresh, with a wide variety to please every palate... even vegetarians. Homemade ice cream was my favorite treat, as were the pina coladas

Santo and Luis behind the bar always greeted us with a smile and a delicious drink that was definitely not watered down. They make old fashioneds, rum runners, mojitos, Aperol spritz and a variety of others. Juan Philippe and Spencer's serving team were friendly and made sure you had plenty to hydrate with while eating. The hard working grounds staff kept the place serene and beautiful, making sure to clear the seaweed every morning.
Free yoga was also a treat! Don't believe the negative reviews and check this intimate piece of paradise out for yourself. There was always an available beach chair, but if the pool is more your speed "claim" your space early. After a day swimming in the ocean (a bit of waves but nothing compared to South Africa or Portugal!) Relax in the giant hot tub at the spa.
Lastly, one of the best meals I've ever had was at Om, an Asain inspired restaurant. Coconut curry soup, sushi bar, seaweed salad and lobster! I'm a bit paranoid about eating while abroad and can assure the staff does their job to deliver the freshest, cleanest food. That was much appreciated.
A special thanks to Juan Philippe (Go Cardinals), Santo, Alejandro, Spencer and Luis. We will be back!

Quiet place in front of the beach and far from everything.
Pros: nice and big rooms, good wifi in all areas, friendly staff. The breakfast was really good but dinner with no that variety. There are many lounge chairs and beds along the beach to use and enjoy the view.
Cons: the alcohol is bad quality and there was several times they told us they were out of some liquors. I your plan is doing something else you are really far (45 minutes from downtown) from everything.

I read some negative reviews on the way in from the airport so was a bit concerned. Needlessly!! I am here for a golf week with my son and this place is fantastic! Honestly, it's more suited to couples but it is an amazing resort and a great value. It is small and very quiet so it's a great getaway if this is what you are looking for. The staff is extraordinarily attentive and always asking if there is anything they can do for you. The rooms are clean and the restaurant food is very good. The pool and beach areas are impeccable. Yes it's 15 years old but it is well maintained and everything about it's operation is at a 5 star level. There are far too many superior staff members for me to name them all....everyone we have come into contact with has been exemplary. I look forward to coming back with my wife. I highly recommend Le Sivory!

I wanted to wake up and see the ocean, to lay in a hammock and feel th ed ocean mist, eat exquisite and exotic foods, a spa treatment, no children, all in an intimate setting. This place checked all the boxes
