I've never had a Lawyer or Lawyers before this is my first ever experience. For one they made sure I got the best help, everytime I called they was there to give me all the answers that I seemed for. I wish I could go to the Downtown office and hug everyone there but this Covid wont let me. I'm sending Hugs and cheek pecks to everyone at Wells and Associates. From the beginning they were very helpful and communicated with me constantly. Now it's been two years and I have yet to receive an update or call back. As far as they go as people they are all so friendly and genuinely do care for you! Caroline really made me feel understood and almost like it was a friend talking me through things! I will always appreciate how I was treated when I was in their office!
Kourtney Kelly was very helpful! Even if not directly from her, the other lawyers were responsive and professional! It was a long process, but they helped me for months to get my case settled. They resolved any issues I had! They were responsive to calls and emails! All of my needs were met! All of my questions were answered in a professional and timely manner! I didn't feel like I was represented well. Communication skills were very poor & they take their time with helping on my case with my settlement. I wouldn't recommend them as they were poorly helpful with my car accident case.
