From the beginning they were very helpful and communicated with me constantly. Now it's been two years and I have yet to receive an update or call back. As far as they go as people they are all so friendly and genuinely do care for you! Caroline really made me feel understood and almost like it was a friend talking me through things! I will always appreciate how I was treated when I was in their office!
