Always professional, always courteous. A bright spot in an otherwise awful town. They don't place anyone on hold and help you out immediately - always helpful in checking voter registration status, for example. Their staff is also very knowledgeable and truly have a spirit of "public service." Kudos to the Pima County Recorder's Office staff and management.

I called to ensure I was registered to vote and had such a great experience! The answering machine said my hold time was 29 minutes, but my hold time ended up being only 4 minutes. The staff was friendly, confirmed I was registered, and then checked to make sure I had a plan to vote. Great customer service!

Today, I was overhelmed by the courteous, professional and thorough assistance over the phone, provided by the two persons who took care of answering my queries.

Always top-notch, superb service. Website is full of information. If you can't find what you need online, call them - they are very helpful.

I called to akas a simple voting question and received the most gracious, complete reply. I was also amazed and impressed that the answering was done by F. Ann Rodriguez, A recording, I know, but such an unexpected human touch.

Broadway and Kolb location needs to have drop-off box and in-person voting lines separate.
I was verbally assaulted by those who were ignorantly standing in the in-person voting line when I walked passed them and went to put my ballot into the box; unbeknownst to me, they were also there to drop off their envelopes. It was a disturbing incident. Should not have happened to anyone.

Am registered on the vote by mail.
Received it, voted and 2 weeks ago, dropped it in US mail box (regrettably) Checking for acknowledgement of receipt and only shows when it was mailed to me. Trying to phone in to Pima Cty. Voter registration and phone numbers advice Offices are closed, no other option offered for time restrictive voting problems nor vital communication
No public access to info...Why?

Five stars for their three C's--competence, caring, and cheerfulness-- during this crazy 2020 election. They always answer the phone with a friendly attitude and quickly guide you through what you need to know. Kudos to Ann Rodriguez for running an excellent office.
