I have always shopped at duval. I've bought a mower, Weedeater, and blower. Recently my Weedeater broke. I took it in, They said it was under warranty and it wouldn't cost anything. They said it would take a week to fix. It has now been a month and a half. Every time i call they have no clue where we are on it, Then they called and told me it was NOT under warranty and that they were now going to charge me to fix it. I finally called and told them I want to pick it up and I will fix it myself. They handed it to me without my weedeater guard for the head of the weedeater. I asked where it was and their customer service rep's response was "Ya, I was worried about that" She obviously knew it was missing and hoped i would not catch it. They have been looking for it for 2 days and cant find it. They said that they will order me a new head guard and it would take a couple of days. I used to recommend them to everyone, now I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE! This has been the worst customer service i have ever received in my life.
