It is conveniently located near the night market. The room was spacious and easy to use. There are no tall buildings around, so you can look around well. There are two access roads, but the night market side has a sidewalk and is easy to walk.

We stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas and it s nice enough. The rooms are a decent size and the hotel feels modern - however, there are just certain things which make it a 4, and not 5, star hotel:

The temperature of the water in the showers is completely temperamental - tepid one moment, boiling the next.
The only temperature of the air conditioning is ice cold - we had it set to 30 degrees and the thermometer on the bedroom clock was showing it as 22.
The swimming pool is pretty small and has about 16 sun beds - maybe we just picked a bad time, but there was nothing available when we were there.

In terms of the positives, it looks as though it has been recently renovated and feels modern. The staff are very helpful and friendly and did everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. It s in a good location to get around the city. The restaurant is also really nice.

Overall i would return back - the value of the rooms was significantly better than other places we looked at.

It feels refreshing when you step into the hotel. But when I stayed for a while, I noticed that one of the waiters standing at the gate stood at the door of the door and took off the shoes with one foot and buckled a star. The room was not big but it felt good.

I really liked it here. The bed wasn't as comfy as I would have liked but everything else was pretty spot on. We booked a club room and the extra amenities are really handy. You get a private concierge as well as afternoon snacks and free coffee and drinks throughout the day. The hotel staff was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the location was really nice. It's basically on top of the night bazaar so there was always something to do. The noise from the night market didn't make it up to our room if that is a concern.

Lovely hotel! Clean, helpful and friendly staff, excellent location and great food. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and were so glad our travel agent picked this hotel for us. It met all of our needs. The staff was incredibly accomodating and kind towards us. I had my credit card information stolen while there and they did everything they could to get me in touch with my company and made an aggravating situation much easier. We had an amazing buffet for breakfast every single morning-always different food and never anything less than impressed! Absolutely loved our room. It was warm with lots of space and all of the modern updates. The hotel was centrally located and we could walk almost anywhere. The night bazaar was right next door, but the hotel still managed to be very peaceful. I certainly hope to return one day!

Helpful staff, central location in the night market and comfortable rooms - but far from a 5-star hotel. Lacks character, pool area tired and small, no view from bedroom, feels a bit Easy Hotel. Stayed here because they had interconnecting rooms and we were out most of the time anyway, plus it's cheap and clean, but could be a lot better.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in ... they sell it as 5 stars superior and it does not reach 2 ... the reception is deceiving because it's amazing ... but the rooms are old and smell very, very damp .. .Also the pool is very dirty ... the only good thing is in front of the night market

Nice hotel but expensive for breakfast/drinks/dinner etc. Great location. Felt like a business hotel rather than tourist. Swimming pool is small and quite deep so not great for kids.

I am back at this hotel 3 months later and I cannot find anything wrong with it. This is now the hotel I choose whenever I am in Chiang Mai. The restaurant, pool and staff are all top notch. This hotel is close to anything you need. The night market is practically next door. All types of food and shopping.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, looks good with impressive levels.

I will not come back. Thinking that we were going to a good hotel in the end a nightmare. The carpet a horror the lamp with dust since the inauguration, the sofa, who sits? Indescribable and a smell in the room unbearable, I asked for change and I was offering rooms for height fe floor, as they told me the higher the less smell. It was a nightmare, without sleeping at night. It needs more than a rehabilitation. The staff very attentive and friendly and friendly

D2 is on Chan Klan Rd very close to the Night Market and Night Bazaar. All the tourist traps are within walking distance including bar options. Got a room on one of the Club floors with its various benefits (Happy Hour cocktails/ free coffee and snacks etc). Staff were polite and efficient with good English language skills. Room was larger than normal, clean and well appointed. Few English channels on the TV though. All in all a happy camper.
