Had originally booked for the princess Dusit Chiang Mai. On checking in when we arrived with my fiance I got a really bad migraine from the perfumed scent in the lobby, this was not the hotels fault as they are not to know however I got so upset after a long travel that I had to suffer a migraine every time I passed the lobby. In the morning the.hotel offered to move us to the sister hotel D2 where one of the managers Wasukan welcomed us I couldn't believe how kind she was to us and accommodated every need I was really so impressed it felt like I knew her for years.Wasukan made sure there were no perfume smells in the room and I think even during the day time in the lobby they switched off the scent as I couldn't smell it anymore.
We stayed for almost a week in the end the whole experience was fantastic thanks to Wasukan and all the staff. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for putting up with my moodiness when I had a migraine apologies for this, everyone was so polite and courteous. The best staff ever thank you D2

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent services from arrival to departure. The staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful especially from the front team. We were so happy of services we got all the times.

During Loy Krathong, he visits Chiang Mai to raise Komloi.
We have been using Distani since our overseas business trip more than 10 years ago, so there is a sense of security.
I used Phuket as well as Bangkok.
I stayed for 2 nights this time, but I was able to spend very comfortably and created good memories.

Clean and clean, low cost, rooms have a damp room, few rooms, no bathtubs, not suitable for families and families with children.

Clean and neat. But a bit humid smell in room. Overpriced. No bathtub even on request. No suitable for family or kids

I stayed at this hotel with my family from the 1st to the 4th of January. It is a modern style hotel with a good location close to the Night Market and 10 minutes walking distance to the Old City. Its facilities (such as the lounge and the gym) are good and modern. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. One staff member in particular (Hannah I think her name was, with short hair and usually works at the lounge) stood out to me. We had some issues with our keycards not working, and she would always help us with a smile whenever we needed a new card. Also, my brother got sick during the trip and she offered to help us take care of him in the hotel even though we had checked out that day. The hotel concierge had a wealth of knowledge available that helped plan out our daily activities.

With that all being said, one bad thing about the hotel was that its restaurant recommendations weren't exactly the best. The restaurants that the staff recommend tend to be on the conservative side and mostly cater to tourists (e.g. the restaurant food isn't very spicy). With the amount of information available from websites like Google and TripAdvisor, this isn't too much of an issue, but keep that in mind when asking about the hotel staff about restaurant recommendations.

The hotel is conviently located right next the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and Ploen Ruedee Night Market. Le Meridien Hotel is right next door also. If you enjoy walking downtown around the night markets, this definitely would be one of your best choice in the area. Although the decor is getting old but the hotel suites are nice and spacious and the hotel staffs are friendly. The executive lounge provides all day supply of free drinks and water with daily happy hours from 1700~1900. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

I had a short stay at this hotel. Overall it s a pleasant place to stay, near by the night market with lots of restaurants and bars. The room is nice, even though I found some flying bug in my room( I think it s because the welcome fruits). But the bed and pillows are both very nice, I had a wonderful sleep in that night.

Hotel very well located in the center of Chiang Mai and 15-20 minutes from the airport. The rooms follow American standards. Breakfast is served as an American buffet. The staff is knowledgeable and fluent in English.

Rather average given the price point. This is currently the only Dusit property I've stayed in so far, but it felt only a few small steps above the B2 chain of hotels which we've been staying in since and are a fifth of the price (if not less). WiFi was good, welcome drink of flavoured water a nice touch, front desk staff lovely. Bathroom products were generic own brand.

Very nice staff.

Good hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet selection. The best part about this hotel is the Devarana Spa, their signature massage is awesome. Skip the outrageously priced drinks and restaurant, there are hundreds of choices right out the front door

Casual version of Deshtani. I didn't expect too much because of Samsung, but it was very nice. Interior is fashionable, too, and service is outstanding. In front of the night market. It was a small hotel, so it was quiet and non-smoking. There is Wi-Fi, minibar, iron.
The bathroom is also spacious. I would like to stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately the hardware is showing its age and it seemed that Dusit is no longer able to attract the best professionals to front its services, even in the executive lounge - don't try to ask the guy there anything as he seems interested only to do the least work he can. The best experience we had during our two-nite stay was at Mix Bar. Otherwise, the front desk, exec lounge and breakfast service were all pedestrian and unmotivated. It's a real shame to see Dusit decline to such lows, especially since the Dusit Thani Bangkok used to be a favorite. We don't have any reason to return.

Nice hotel set in a good location in Chang Mai. We stayed in a premier suite on the 7th floor. Staff were helpful and kind and the rooms were what we expected. Close to a large indoor night market and a short tuk tuk ride to the walled city. Good base for Chang Mai. We also got free drinks and hors d'oeuvres between 17:30 & 19:30 everyday (including alcohol). The pool is ok but there aren't too many sunbeds. Overall a good choice.

This is a decent hotel, the staff are lovely and helpful but it is let down by the rooms
They are tired and the carpet in our room desperately needs cleaning, there are noticible big stains. The shower is in the bath which has a huge step up to get into, so if you have bad knee's etc, there is a rail but it's only a marginal help. It's location is good, in the centre of the night market, but we will not stay here again.

Polite and very helpful English speaking staff. They brought me a nice firm latex pillow on request. Main comment would be that the hotel is overpriced when compared with the great range of establishments in this funky city of Chiang Mai. 200B for a soda water at poolside (oh please!). I recommend getting refreshments, food and massage outside the hotel. Very handy to night bazaar where you can find all the trinkets, yummy food and cheap things you could possibly want.

Kudos to the service of the counter staff. Especially younger women, with a thin figure, dark skin, and younger women who wear boxing glasses
The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable. Everyone is nice and friendly. Friendly atmosphere I like it very much and will definitely come back to stay again.

Good location near the night bazaar and just minutes from the city center. Very friendly and courteous staff. The room is very clean with comfortable beds and is quiet. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety and specialties. The hotel provides free umbrellas to use as well as two glass bottles of cold water in your room daily. They provided free souvenirs in a plastic box; a different item every day. I had the opportunity to see the hotel staff perform a dance at noon twice. They're very good dancers and all smiles.

We stayed for two nights. The staff was excellent, they are very genuine. There are plenty of perks to this hotel, including free beverages at happy hour, a pool, a live band (duo) at the downstairs restaurant.

It is a hotel that the front desk staff are very good. Ask what you know I don't know
Have traveled a lot both at home and abroad, usually when going if the front staff is scary We will be afraid to sleep there. Want to move out But this place is very good Like a group of cheerful sisters A lot of energy always greets us. I want to stay for a month.
Impressed by Bale, who looks a little old but not yet old and handsome.

The dining room was good service normally. Nothing special, the room is clean, there is a free mask, hand gel, wet wipes.
On the last day there were women looking plump. Should be the boss Help us carry our luggage to the car

The price is not that strong, the more you use us to travel together, the more worthwhile. Unfortunately, the pool is closed, but it's okay. Chiang Mai is cold during this time.

Of course location is the strongest. The service of the employees was also very good. Breakfast was also delicious. Especially the four.
One of the disappointing things was that although I booked in twin, it was double. Just that.
