The staff service is excellent and has a comfortable smile. Although the equipment in the room is a bit old but acceptable, I look forward to seeing you again next time!

So myself and husband stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on our mini tour of Thailand in June 2018. Overall this hotel was comfortable, spacious and in a great location (the night market, bars, live music and loads of places to eat 2 minutes walk away). In the evening you may be able to hear some music from the hotel room, however this didn't bother us at all. The staff was very polite and helpful. As soon as we arrived to check in we were greeted with a nice cool lemongrass drink which was a nice touch especially as it was 34+ degrees out side. Someone also escorted us up and showed us around the room that they upgraded us to. The only issue we had was that the air-con was a bit too cold. This was because whenever we left the room in the day it would automatically come on, which is good - however sometime left the room feeling like a fridge. In the end we would just leave a key in the wall which meant it wouldn't be too cold when we came back to the hotel. Another nice feature was that they provided us with little souvenir gifts for every day that we stayed with them. There was also a day when we accidentally forgot to lock our safe and the hotel was every efficient in informing us and making sure no one had access to the room - until we returned. I didn't much use the gym - but did have a look and its very well equipped. The pool area I think could do with updating but still great if you want to cool off. The food at breakfast was good, during my stay I did go to other hotels which in comparison had more of a selection, but what was there was still well prepared and tasty. Overall all I really enjoyed my time at this hotel catered perfectly for my needs - just a comfortable well located place to spend a couple of nights.

Funky hip hotel with style yet still run with class. Great location near the night bazaar and only 1km from the old city. Nice rooms. Good friendly staff with personality and professionalism.

The staff are excellent here at every level, conscientious and always working efficiently with a smile. The hotel decor is a vibrant contemporary design although some rooms are showing signs of age.

The hotel breakfast is very good and sufficient to keep you going all day, cereals, egg, salad, sushi, pastry and bread stations along with meat and cooked veg options to accompany your choice of eggs.
Fresh coffee and juices are also on hand to wash it down.

The gym on the 10th floor is good with free weights, machines and running cycling machines and a member of staff to assist with your training if needed.

Pool on the mezzanine level has a bar for snacks and drinks.

If you book here you should book the executive level, well worth the extra money, the reception staff can assist with all your travel plans by translating for you, plus soft drinks plus tea and coffee 24/7. Added to this a free happy hour for beer,wine and selected spirits each day.

The contemporary decor in the lounge bar is great for evening cocktails .

Nice and clean. Location is easy access and close to shopping center.

The hotel building looks a bit old outside but inside is still well maintained. What I like the most here is the staffs. They re always polite and nice. There s no toilet shower in the room. The location is also great, just opposite night market and I can even walked to walking street by taking around 15 mins. Overall is good.

Lovely staff with superb attitude to service. Great location, and really nice rooms. Breakfast great too. I'd give it 6 stars if I could, except for the non-thermostatic shower (still haven't found one despite 15 trips to Thailand!) and the odd stain on the carpet. Yes, I'm fussy!

It is a hotel with clean, spacious rooms with full amenities. There is a great restaurant with all day food and all the lovely waiters. The receptionist was lovely and took good care of everyone. The hotel has a spacious guest reception. Unfortunately, the latter part of COVID resulted in fewer people coming to rest than it seems. The price is reasonable, quite cheap for both the room and the food. In the middle of the city, it is convenient to go anywhere, I recommend if you come to Chiang Mai

Just like other hotels in chiang mai but the restaurant will entertain guests request for halal food preparation which should be requested one day before.

This is the hotel to stay at. The service is great and the rooms are lovely. I could write a 500 word essay on this place and why I'm coming back here to stay but I've got other things to do so I will leave you with these thoughts- Happy hour drinks by the pool. Central location with night market down the road. And a book in your room answering all kinds of questions about Thailand for those moments of downtime that pop up unexpectedly

It was very comfortable. I felt the building itself was old, but it seems that the part was renovated once, and the lobby and restaurant were fashionable and the atmosphere was good.
For dinner, I had Chinese food All-you-can-eat at the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious and the clerk's response was wonderful.
Because of the corona, there were few guests, and the breakfast was not a buffet, but a style in which you could choose what you like from the menu and bring it with you. It was delicious.
It was 3300 for 2 nights, but I am very satisfied with the service and comfort that exceeds the price.

With COVID But the service is still doing well, almost a hundred Found a problem, notify me, I get it fixed. Breakfast request is full, coffee is very delicious.

Nice location, clean and big rooms and an amazing air-conditioned gym with lots of cardio and weight machines that are well maintained. Pricey, but worth it. One of the best international hotels I've stayed in.

Great location near night markets and only 150 baht from airport via taxi, friendly staff, comfortable beds (compared to other Thai beds), fantastic shower, quiet, clean, wonderful AC.

The WiFi and pool weren t that great but that didn t bother us.

We didn t opt for the included breakfast but it looked fantastic.

I called them to reserve a room from the airport and they were still able to accommodate me and have the room ready on arrival.
All the staff are friendly, the Fitness Centre is excellent with everything you would need for a good workout.
Breakfast was very good. And the Location is perfect for tourists with everything within walking distance.

My favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai right in the middle of the night market action.

It is not a hotel for 5 stars or much less, in Spain it would correspond to a 3 stars as much, the best that is very central, and that the treatment of the staff is very good

Modern hotel, but lacking maintenance. Large and comfortable rooms.
There is also a swimming pool, not exceptional. Hearty breakfast and good food.

Well we got a leak in the room, and due to availability I ended up on a pull out bed instead of a king. Other than that good, breakfast is high quality too.

Not a really good stay.

My husband booked this hotel for our first wedding anniversary. As he is holder of xx black card, he got message from card company that he could get benefit of room upgrade for this stay. He managed to contact hotel to get this benefit prior arrival. When we did check in, staff told us that we got free upgrade because of our wedding anniversary. Actually it is benefit for card holder. I did not that if we dont hold a card, hotel would offer free room upgrade or not.

As our flight was so late at night, we asked for late check out and got late check out at 2 pm.

Staff who did check in for us was great but another lady (very short hair and wearing blue shirt) who kept working on PC screen was not friendly at all. When we asked for late check out, she talked with staff who did check in for us that we can got late check out at 2 pm without looking us or making eye contact with us. This lady not even turn her face from PC screen to greet us upon arrival. This was not service that we expected.

Our room was spacious. Hotel provided surgical masks, hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes for 2 but never refilled. We did not get anniversary cake and bed decoration. No welcome fruit. Maybe these kind of service was not available in this hotel. There is bathtub in room but we never used. There is also shower room and glass wall of shower room was not so clean. You could see water mark on glass wall clearly. No bidet shower for toilet and bathroom door does not have any lock.

There is QR code shown in living room to see breakfast menu, a la carte menu(room service) and local experience. I did a scan to see breakfast menu. It shows that there is nutella and whipped cream served with pancake and french toast on breakfast. I asked for nutella on first day as it was not at the station. Kitchen staff told that they did not have it but when I asked FB service staff, I was told that it finished. I asked again on second day and staff told me that it finished then I mention that I saw it states on menu that hotel provides nutella. I asked if I could have it next day. Staff told me that she would check for me but never returned for feedback. Third day I asked again for nutella. Staff mentioned that no stock on the storage so I asked why you did not buy. 7-11 is just next to the hotel then staff told me that menu that I see in room is a la carte menu. I did not deal with this anymore. Breakfast menu in room did not state anywhere that it is a la carte menu and did not show the price. Did not show any info how to order!! If you would like to sell something, why you dont mention price and how to order?

On first day of my breakfast. I went to restaurant around 9.30am. Plate of pancake and french toast was empty and never refilled until breakfast time ended. Fresh milk and water was not refilled until someone prompted staff to do. Many staff walked around but overlooked. Coffee machine was full of coffee dirt. It was not cleaned any once during breakfast.

I also had dinner once at restaurant. It was Dim sum buffet but just a few dim sum menu compared with other dim sum buffet that I have ever eaten. However a man who always serve us was friendly and his service was outstanding. He almost the one who cleared empty plates, refilled drinks and taking order. There was minor billing issue for billing. There is flyer in our room stated that inhouse guests could get 25% discount on this buffet but when I checked my bill, discount was not applied. When I asked staff, he asked me that I brought the flyer and presented to him. He said that other guests always brought the flyer to present at restaurant. Finally I got discount. But the point is flyer did now show anywhere that guests have to present flyer to staff to get discount. Your in room information is so confusing and not helpful at all.

We checked in on 27th but we just got letter about pool maintenance that there would be pool maintenance from 26th Nov - 5th Dec on evening of 27th and we were not informed about this upon checked in.

My favoritd hotel in Chiangmai. Staff was great and room and happy our was out standing.

Stayed here for 3 nights in september with my boyfriend. I was dissapointed they didn't have a king room for us on arrival as I requested but they put 2 twins together for us, but there was that awkward gap. We were greeted with lemongrass juice in unique rolly polly cups on arrival.
The concierge was very helpful throughout including helping us make phone calls to make sure ours tours picked us up.
The breakfast buffet is expensive for thai standards but not US standards. The food was delicious & had much more than just breakfast food including pad thai & fried rice. The location is perfect, right on top of the night market.

Hotel lobby good decor. Central location. Night Bazaar Street less than 100 meter away. Breakfast though quite limited varieties. Nevertheless have a satisfactory stay.

Definitely didn't feel like a 5 star hotel and for the price not worth it. When we arrived we were told we had a gold member room which means check in on the 7th floor. No problem. Our room was not ready so we were offered a smoking room. Not nice at all. There was another room free but they wanted to charge us. At the end our room was ready and the view right in front of the next building. at least it was quiet. This hotel is 10 min walking into the old city but not a bad walk at all. Breakfast is good but everything seems a bit old. The pool didn't feel inviting at all the gym did but it felt to hot to exercise. The bathroom is made for tiny people and looks a bit old. The best part about the hotel is that it is cold and without mosquitos :) for this price wouldn't book again.

Walking the general business hotel style, there are not many additional services, but it is close to the night market.

But nowhere really to lounge except the room, lacks character and the pool is small, concrete and shuts at 7. With a few improvements it could be much better

I would never return . The hotel is overpriced , in need of a revamp and smelly . We even changed rooms and I think it was sprayed before we viewed the second room because the smell returned after an hour or two . We were offered a air purifier which never arrived . Food for breakfast was ok . We were so disappointed with this hotel !
