Dusit Thani Dubai Review

Very nice staff. Superior service and very rich breakfast. Dubai Mall is within walking distance. Check in and check out very professional.

Had a great stay..... You can enjoy spectacular view of burj khalifa from executive rooms.

Very nice hotel, had trouble checking in only, but the rest of the stay was great and the location is excellent

Am giving this hotel 5 stars because of the hospitaly they showed us at the time we spent with them in DubaI. The workers Krishma,Sid,Saidima,Casit and Mark whole of them made our stay so pleasant. I will definitely come back God willing!

An excellent hotel and I advise you in it, whether families or young people, because it is divided into two parts, a building of rooms and a hotel apartment building, very clean, very sophisticated treatment and its prices are somewhat appropriate

It is a nice hotel, the room I had was on the 31 floor and was spacious and nice. What makes this hotel nice are the people who work there. They greet you in a way you would be greeted in Thailand. The person who welcomed me was Festus, big smile and friendly. The other person who was quite nice was Manoj who made my room. Despite the mundane routine of cleaning after guests, he was friendly, asked me if I needed additional amenities, polite and caring. Besides the usual good services we find in hotels, the people who are behind the scenes are the ones who make the stay a pleasant one or not. In the case of the Dusit Thani it is the former.

Beautiful Hotel, unfortunately nobody available to guide you when you arrive at main entrance. Couldn t understand how to proceed for parking. Security at rare entrance should be given hospitality training at least to respond back if guests greeted.

Ok hotel. May be something equal to 4 star. I won't take it as 5 star. Buffet breakfast was ok. Staff is trained and nice. But the owner of this hotel who made the management rules are sneaky. I can say by the quality of products they using for guests. 3 5 star hotel

Loved the location.
I was here for a family getaway with my two little munchkins.
Everything was close to us.
We didn't have to rent a car.
Very close to the famous Dubai Mall.
The view of burj khalifah was amazing.
I can only imagine this room on new year's night as the fireworks were lighting the sky.
The staff were friendly.
The price was good specially that it included the breakfast (900 AED/night).

Beautiful hotel - great attention to detail. Would of rated it 5 stats but the pool was closed due to a private party and there was a lot of noise from the breakfast area which could be heard in my room on 27th floor. This noise woke me me both mornings I stayed.

The place is nice we had a quality time there with family and the stuff was very nice and helpful.

The view from the window opens to the Burj Khalifa, a decent review. Bathroom sets for an amateur because of the peculiarities of smells.

Dusit Thani is a great hotel, it's walking distance from the Dubai mall (if the heats allows you to walk outside), they have a nice swimming pool on the top floor with fitness. Rooms are large and nicely decorated, staff is lovely and Spa was great.
