Brilliant hotel, they even had a pillow menu! To add to that, there's an android 'phone' in your room which you can take with you during your stay with unlimited data - nice touch!

The hotel is very nice but the rooms do not have a hobby for smokers, and this is a way to reduce the mood of the one, but the tours are free and the internet is very fast and free and the service is excellent.
It was overall an amazing place, although it takes a long time to get to different places, you have to get down from your room, take a different lift to get to the breakfast lounge on the 24th floor. The decor was good, I don't find anything too had except that.

For a 5 star hotel, it lacks behind on what should be a stellar hospitality service. The hotel is quite dated despite their claim to having renovated in 2014. The room's amenities were equipped with that of a 3 star hotel like a Holiday Inn - definitely not fit for a 5 star hotel. They charge for valet parking but have a free self parking in the rear. Rates do not include breakfast either. All in all I'd give this place a miss and opt to stay at one of the many similarly priced hotels in the area unless you're happy with accepting less when paying more.

I supposed to meet friend upstairs in restaurant, somehow we disconnected and i didnt want to take a seat without her so have decided to check first if she is already there , if not then i was planing to wait near the elevator. Staff drove me crazy with questions about which restaurant i was going or whom i was looking for, i literally felt like they were protected arrea from me :)) more professionalism would be better
High class service and quality. The sea food dinner buffet was one of a kind starting from sushi to jumpo shrimps grilled on spot. The gym equipments are modern and new. All staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was less than what I expected yet it has a nice variety.

My Favourite weekend hotel. I have absolutely no complaints from this place. I first went here in 2015 and been going until now in 2020. I was amazed by this property and stayed at many dust Thani properties worldwide such as DT-Abu Dhabi, DT-Phuket, DT-Krabi, DT-Pattaya and I am also a gold member. Highly recommended

Pictures are quite different from what I saw, wasn't impressed at all. Building is kind of old heard they've been operating for years. It wasn't a pleasant stay in Dubai, I felt like I was in an ancient building..I hope Abu Dhabi will be better can't wait to visit them as well as I have heard so much about them.
