Luxurious hotel with rooms and restaurants, swimming pool and gym, however it is a shame that internet service is poor and just offer a decent connectivity by charging. These days, internet access is a must to instead an extra.

Good room, good swimming pool and gym special bathroom design from my last visit in 2006 and for the second on 2019 still good as it is, also thier apartments are good as thier rooms specifically the higher level the view are wonderful and they have a really cooperative and respectable management staff.

It is a magnificent hotel in the heart of Dubai, the dreaming of all.
One of a kind experience. My company has hosted an iftar diner there. An entire floor was for dining purpose only. Thousands of food items. Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Indian, Italian all other cuisine were there to eat. A bit over crowded since it was an iftar meal. Overall good. It was located at the 24th floor of the hotel.

One of the top Thai Restaurant in Dubai is at the Dusit Thani - Benjarong. Unfortunately the hotel looks run down and dingy. Would recommend going for the Thai food but not to stay.

Went to only one outlet, so I think its actually wrkng for me to rate them. But the outlet I visited was on the outside behind jones the grocer and It was stinking due to some acvent problem or something. The service was quite slow in the begining as I was there since 630. But as the night progressed, it seemed to pick up.

I stayed at this beautiful 5 star hotel for about 6 days and I have to say that I love the hotel, the staff were very attentive and very accommodating. The hotel was beautifully decorated and presented inside and out. The rooms vary from deluxe rooms to 1 bedroom suites including a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle with an under the counter fridge freezer including the necessary facilities to make it your own with plenty of room in the cupboards to stock up with your own food if you don't want to have the hotel food. Room service was just great the room was serviced everyday.
I would strongly recommend that this hotel is worth visiting however as there renovations being done (the hotel does advise all guests when checking in and a note in each room but you don't really hear the noise once in the room, the reception does their very best to put you in a room away from the work and noise) and the nearest metro is Financial Centre which is about 12 minutes walk (there is the option to either use the free shuttle bus service the hotel provides or use a cab which works about 17/19 UAE Dirhams). I have been staying for ~ ~ 110,000 won per night. It is close to the airport and the city, and is very luxurious and excellent in price. The view is a view of the city, it takes about 10 minutes walk from the subway. Free shuttle bus to Dubai Mall was available. It is a very good hotel for price. I recommend it.

The room was nice and the location is very convenient. However, check-in was problematic. They did not have our room that we booked (non-smoking with a view of Burj Khalifa). They tried to downgrade our room and put us in a smoking room. When a booked room is not available I expect an upgrade. It took an hour to get this worked out, which they eventually did. Just not an experience I would like to deal with after a 16 hour flight
The hotel's choice was close to the Dubai Mall as well as the attention and responsiveness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the whole area.
