Dusit thani hotel very comfortable to stay cool place, good care and also about their food too much yummy, i love Dusit Thani Dubai, thank u for your good care with us.

Parking was an issue during ramadan. I advise to park outside in the paid parking or park yourself in the parking building nearvy. The overall experience was excellent.

The room was large and comfortable, the hotel is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. Location is a big advantage. Recommend.

The staff were so polite and friendly. I stayed there for a week and yet after the first day they remembered my face and were engaging in conversation with me. There was a cultural display on lobby which added a touch of Thai culture. It was really enjoyable. Location wise it's near perfect, not far from the Dubai Mall.

Good mid scale hotel , good Thai fare, unfussy pubs and convenient location

I booked a room for a day it was nice stay there. They upgraded me for free to bigger room. It was like a studio with big kitchen and all utensils that you need to cook if u dnt want to eat out. The staff are kind and helping. I like their pool its on the top floor of the hotel with nice view outside.

The hotel is clean and the location is convenient. One star off because of the check in process. We had paid extra to have a room with a Burj Khalifa view, but got a low floor facing into the building. The front desk was hearing none of it; just said that they have no record of our upgraded reservation

I had attended many events and training programs there. They have a high class service, beautiful scenery, variety of delicious cuisines.

Bad mood for the whole day, no money...It is awful place, I stayed there today with my friend in two-bedrooms appartment. I arrived into the hotel at 11 am, I checked-in and paid for the room for one night. After that I left the hotel for my business and my friend arrived when I was out, she got the key, came up to the room and in 30 min a carrier-man from Dubai Mall came up to the room with my friend's purchase. It was delivery service. The man stayed in our room for 5-10 min, my friend just checked her purchase, paid to him and he left. While he was in the room a receptionist called to the room and told that it is necessary to meet guests in the lobby and all guests should show their ID to security and reception service. My friend understand English well but she speaks bad. She said OK and hold off the line. After that my friend said Good bye to the carrier and he left. In some minutes she got another call from reception, the voice was very rude and it was said to left the room for all guests immediately and it was threatened that security service will come up to the room now if any guests stay in the room. My friend just told that she is alone in the room. A receptionist hold off the line without saying sorry, good bye or hello. It is FIVE STARS HOTEL!!! I arrived around 2 pm, my friend told me about that situation and such attitude, we got down with my friend to the reception desk and I asked them to return money back and we told them about our wish to leave that hotel because the service and attitude was terrible but we did nothing for that, just pay for staying there. Only two hours left after I checked-in, but a receptionist cancelled to returned money, they told that our room is dirty after two hours and they are not going to return anything. I want to mention that 2 pm is the time for check-in in this hotel. The day we pay for staying does not even start, but they canceled to return money with shouting and bad words. Moreover they told us that they are going to make us leaving the hotel themselves because we have a guest in the room. We told them that it was delivery service, we did not know about their rules for guests, we will be glad to follow their rules if we know them and it is not a reason to behave in such a way. Finally we left the hotel without money (AED 1334) and only with bad mood. Please, be smart and do not stay there. Awful service and terrible attitude. It was even worse than Egypt. Wish you good time in Dubai!!!

Room with a view. Very pleasent staff. Great location.

I had a dental conference there and enjoyed the catering services very much and the conference halls were perfectly engineered from the design, lighting and sound.

Stayed at Dusit Thani Dubai for 5 nights. It was truly a very enjoyable experience.

Right from checking in to the in house amenities, breakfast, dinner, service staff, Bell Captain Kareem in particular we re all beyond outstanding. It is very conveniently located right in the heart of Dubai, just a stones throw from the Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa.

The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager Jagbir was very pleasant and professional.

I highly recommend Dusit Thani to all. Will definitely be back at Dusit Thani and bring all the family along.

I sincerely thank the entire team at Dusit Thani for the wonderful experience.

Pretty good but a little crowded, I was invited by friends, we had fun, the waiters are very cool.

Great hotel not suitable for families close to Burj Khalifa but access to the tower is difficult and long and long ride

- WiFi in my room was barely working. They changed my room but still the connection was poor in some parts of the room such as the bathroom.

- Valet staff were very rude and most of the times not even present there. One guy posed as valet one day and took my car ticket and I had such a hard time getting my car back. The staff were so rude to me instead of apologizing for not being present there.

- The bed was very comfortable.

- Staff English was quite poor.

- Central location, near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall but not a walking distance.

- Overall, didn't feel like a 5 star at all.

It was the best hotel I had ever been to and the rooms were outstanding

Beautiful hotel to stay in. Staff really could not do enough for you. So polite and professional. 7 Restaurants and I only tried of them, Jones and and room service but I couldn't fault the food everything was beautiful. I travelled for work and will most like come back next year which I look forward to.

The hotel was Nice & Quite .. The stuff is friendly .. one thing only i didnt like is the bed (not comfortable and hard) . good place to stay

Like so much, Dusit Thani is staying at many places. Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Hua Hin. Stay here in Bangkok.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are beautiful ... but the room service is very tired ... you have to contact more than once until you get what you want .. The elevators are also very slow although the hotel consists of more than 35 floors ... I would also recommend not to eat from the hotel Where they will be accountable for the added tax and surfers as well .. But there are restaurants and cafes such as Starbucks opens 24s, Johnny Rocket stalls, Restaurant Borklino is open 24s and there is Macaroni and pizza as well as there is a grocery store 24, and there is close to the metro station, the financial center station.

Beautiful rooms, with cool city views. Very nice location with a useful shuttle bus to many attractions nearby. The staff is very friendly & welcoming.

Nice place stay very polite and friendly staff. Enjoyed the place from day 1 to the end. Room service is top notch. I'll like to visit again and again... I'll recommend you try them you won't be disappointed.

Went to this awesome restaurant in Dusit Thani called 24st Street for the sea food night. It was amazing how the food is cooked fresh right in front of you. There is an authentic Chinese and Thai chef who are so good at what they do. This is a must visit place.

Great value for money with classic thai service. The service staff are very polite and courteous, responding quickly and effectively even when the hotel is packed

Terrible and very slow service at check in and in the 24th street resto. Training rooms AV equipment need upgrade.

I attended a conference in Dusit Thani, good was also good. I like room allocated for Masjid on 1st floor.

The hotel is outdated, room was not ready when we checked in. There was no water kettle and iron in the room, and they took ages to bring them!

The service is very slow and unprofessional.

Just back after spending three nights @Dusit Thani Dubai.
We took the two bedroom suite and we really enjoyed our stay
Both the rooms were very comfortable and the kitchenette was very well equipped.
Toiletries provided were of very high quality.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast spread was amazing . It included Indian veg options which delighted us.
A big thumbs up to Dusit Thani Dubai.. Looking forward for another stay with the Dusit group.

One of the best hotels in the centre of Dubai. You can easily go anywhere by walking or taking a short taxi trip. I really recommend this place for fast weekend holiday. Definitely I will be booking this hotel for the next time I visit Dubai. I really loved the two bedroom apartment that had two comfy king beds plus the spacious living room. My only small complaint is that the windows don t considering safety reasons but I understand that. Other than that I can not find anything negative about this hotel. Also the hospitality of the staff is great.

Clean and comfortable, nice Thai restaurant but a bit pricey. Costs about 60 aed to get here from airport.

The breakfast was less than what I expected.
The variety is too less and must of the food was not to the taste.
You are living in Arab country and half of the visitors are from gulf. The food was not adequate with gulf food. Either it is indian food or thai.

I asked to remove the mini bar in room, but there was no reply.

I don't think this experience will be repeated again

Today is my first visit this hotel . The hotel is good and clean. But Security is not good and talk to talk angry with you.
Second time if you ask something from Security . After Security angry with you. So mony hotel I see . But this hotel different .

The hotel was really nice, breakfast excellent, but service poor.

The Hotal has a great vantage point especially for fireworks on new year's eve at the "VIEW". The hotel has also a lovely and heartwarming play of an Asian traditional musical instrument in the lobby.

Visited Jones the Grocer. Very nice. Mistake on the bill though. Otherwise perfect.
