VERY SLIMY COMPANY THAT SELLS GARBAGE AND REFUSES RETURN OR REFUND

Very dishonest company, took advantage of us as a vendor. Used our products and then returned them as defective. Not a trustworthy company.

TRUCK DRIVERS: Unloading/loading usually takes around 30-45 min but if they are busy it might be longer. It s important that you show up on or shortly before the appointment. They do have appointments, even if the broker says that you don t need one. If the docks are empty, you can easily make a U-turn here, otherwise, drive past the dock area and there will be an area for you to turn around (Durable has signs pointing towards it). For pick ups, you will need a PO#, deliveries need Delivery#. Slide the tandems to the back when backing in.

Offloading took 1.5 hours , overnight parking after midnight.
