We have the attention I really like a very quiet place

Constantly messes up my order every time I come in. If I ask for no egg on my sandwich why is it every time I get to my destination after ordering there is a damn egg in my sandwich. I ask for extra bacon and there is never extra bacon put on my sandwich. The lady that order takes on front counter always has a nasty attitude sighs whenever my order is given and is just wicked rude. Totally unacceptable.

I feel like the positive comments are bribed with free products or you are being told to leave a survey and if that employee is there on your next visit they will get a free beverage. Other comments that seem negative, hey you can t deny someone s experience! I wouldn t buy food or want my food to be made from staff who wears a preventative mask or (appears to have a recreational drug problem) even when they aren t sick and having dental procedures don t require face mask, from my experience working in a detox center it is a cover up for other things beyond dental procedures. Staff will make your coffee wrong if you show them any kind of attitude, the lack of orders not coming out right is because of management overworking staff and not keeping up with the business so employees takes it out on the customers and when you try to correct the manager is agreeing with staff who made the mistake and suggest that the customer doesn t have to return. For the first Dunkin Donuts it was by far the worst experience as a customer and former employee. Why settle? When there are plenty other GREAT Dunkin s out there..don t get caught up in the history! The business doesn t match the history until they get rid of the old and bring in the new!

going to be hard not sitting with friends AFTER CHURCH. on Sundays , enjoying Dunkin coffee and something to snack on when I am in the mood , this home time is going to be hard for a lot of people across the country

Visited this location since it was the first! A standard Dunkin Donuts with signs to indicate its history. They have Tervis Tumblers with a picture of the original store front. I would have liked a special mug or donut but otherwise was satisfied with all they had!

The original dunkin donuts is pretty small and didnt have the selection of donuts that most stores have.... the airport dunkin had a better selection

Except for tonight I always have great service at this dunkin's establishment, the girl couldnt really understand a word of English, I told her I want five of each munchkins she gives me just 5, I got tired of repeating myself so I left with just five, besides that the line is never long and there's always parking

What can I say I was raised around Dunkin Donuts I've had them from California to Boston but you cannot beat a Boston cream donut

I order on the go with the app and the staff is super friendly and coffee is ALWAYS fresh at this Dunkins and it's open 24/7! Its my new favorite location in the area along with presidents place location.

(My former fav location, Wollaston hancock location is now awful with bad coffee and rude grumpy hostile staff.)

This is the original Dunkin Donuts. Not as much of a tourist spot as it could be (hint - hint), definitely worth a visit for a selfie in front of the great old-lettering DD sign.

I work for them and we have so much to offer especially the Sri is and all the sandwiches we make we work very very hard it's a very tiring job but we all still show up everyday and every night do we can be there for our customers I would suggest everyone tries it at least once I guarantee u would go back so before u pass a dunkins go in and u will not be disiappointed

Same great coffee, but poor employment, bad attitudes, uncomfortable environment at this location. Definately prefer other locations.

That much that i love this place there's old lady who have realy bad attitude if shes not in the mood to work she better stay home

Mike our order taker and coffee maker was very nice, personable, pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. Our order was perfect we will definitely returning to this Dunkin Donuts in the future

I had aproblem with my cell to unlock they gotit done and i usit that place 100 time to fix many things ...

The original(first)and it's great. No drive through but I usually walk over so no problem for me. There's a reason why they're still going strong after all these years!!

The original Dunks! Good parking, friendly employees, clean "updated" looking store. Doesn't have the nitro/tap cold brew (but who cares?).

For it being the first and original Dunkin' Donuts, I was surprised this location didn't try to stick closer to nostalgic traditions. The donuts were the same as anywhere else you would buy Dunkin' Donuts from, but they still were good. Overall, it was a good experience. It's cool to go just to say you were there.

First dunkies ever! Great service and selection. Never too crowded. No drive through and limited parking.

The woman working there was incredibly rude, scolding us and the nice guy working the register. Kind of crazy! Usually love most Dunkins but this woman was nasty and we will not go back there. Otherwise coffee was good.

This is the place where "Dunkin Donuts" originally started in Boston, MA.

I ordered a medium ice coffee and asked for a second cup. I was told that this could not be done. I explained my mother has Parkinson s and I was will to pay the additional cost. I was told they don t sell second cups anymore. I had to instead buy a cup of ice for 1.25 and toss the ice to provide my mother with a second cup so she could hold and drink her coffee independently.
Very disappointed!!!!

The people that work there and serve the coffee and delicious croissants are awesome they work very hard and deserve good tips so people remember to always tip the coffee makers they deserve it cuz there quick and smart and serve you very quickly the service is fantastic

I couldn't believe it. If u put 2 munchkins together u come up with the size of the new donuts, the stickie buns are now the same size as the old donuts because from what i understand the place that used to make all the donuts is being made into a drive thru, REALLY!!!! (If u get to know me and i find something ridiculous, I will always say "REALLY"" ). Ridiculous!!! U can now take off those ugly ass uniforms. Oh, yeah here's some news the one that needed a shower is gone. Not because of the lack of personal hygiene but because she got popped for drugs and her unregistered, uninsured car got taken. If tbey looked a little further tbey would have found a stolen pbone in her possession from the apt she broke into. The manager who lacks a personality, well nothing we can do tbere, she actually owens the place. Then the cheerie, always with the smile, always gets u order right, her name is Nicole and should be cloned. Well that's the morning shift and all i know.

The first Dunkin place and definitely a must. The staff is also awesome.

The old lady she doesn't learn much about custom.... She looks Very nevers.. She looks very sad.. Looks never happy.

This is the ORIGINAL Dunkin' Donuts location! While it's nice enough as the donut shop it is, there is the added element of it's unique origin aspect that makes it more fun to visit.

Came here to order and the staffs were nonchalant, rude and unhelpful. Couldn t take a simple order. You need to teach your staff proper listening skills and customer service skills. They all lack the skills.

Really they don't even deserve a star it was about an hour ago, bad serves and dirty attitude the young lady tonight had an attitude she looked mad when I asked her for more wipe cream I thanked her n she ignored me the old guy looked dirty and looked bothered with our order . I want my money back
