It was very busy when we went but everyone had a job and they worked like a well oiled machine! I have never received a sandwich so fast. It was also cool to be at the very first location!
All I did was order a strawberry collatta and I was given in attitude for no reason. Horrible service!

I enjoyed the customer service from Samantha she was very kind and got my coffee and sandwich very quickly even though there was a line of customers she still managed to take everyone's order in a quick manner
Came in late night on Saturday and saw a couple of workers verbally assaulting a customer. Stay away!

Lol why even bother anymore complaining does nothin .And if u happen to call corporate to take it a step futher it really just waist your time. There are a few d&d that are real clean and run smooth but prob not in this state lol if ur up early enough to get a good crew ur coffee mite come out right and ur donuts mite not be melting and wet
Great place staff is amazing helpful professional and do not overcharge you for things. Never really had a problem with a mess up on an order. The staff is extremely helpful. This Dunkin Donuts is very clean insanitary. It's quick moving so you're in and out don't have to wait that long. I love coming here because you're in and out with in less than 5 minutes or you can dine in if you'd like the parking a little iffy because it's right off of the building and off the main Road so you can't find a spot then you need to pack and Stop & Shop spot right next door. Overall I have never had a problem here everything is always made correctly and the staff is always nice and polite and professional and the place is always very clean and sanitary

No! I hate this Dunkin donut. You need tidier the cashier. She got my order wrong every single time. And she forces the kids to get out. We're waiting for the food. She rushes to much and she also take the adult before the kids even if the kids were waiting first. When we get to the cashier she forces us to go super fast like she does when she making mistakes in MY food. Every time I order a mint hot chocolate she gives me hot chocolate and when I order a chocolate forested donut she gave me a Boston creme.
It's the original Dunkin donuts. Apart from that nothing special. The food tastes the same as other Dunkin donuts.
THIS IS THE WORST DUNKINS TO GO TO! Employees here act like they re doing YOU a favor by actually helping you. Bad attitudes, bad customer service and will openly talk about you in front of your face if annoyed with you. Only the morning crew is like this (with the exception of 2 or 3) They make this location look bad.
I changed my five star review to three stars I was supposed to only be charged $2 and they charged me $4 and change for a coffee. also you have to repeat yourself now over and over and over again and it's something as simple as Splenda. I'm a diabetic I can't have sugar. I think they need to start getting new help and telling them not to smoke weed while working. I go there all of the time and all I can smell is weed and they in front of little children will say hey man you want to go get high with me. it definitely need to total overhaul it used to be the best Dunkin Donuts and the first one ever made!

Reliable Dunkin coffee experience that doubles as a subtle tourist attraction (the original Dunkin Donuts site). Staff were friendly and location is convenient.
Had a black coffee and an old fashioned. Interesting spot, I expected more parking and a touristy vibe being store #1, nope. Just small and humble. I like it.
I purchased 2 lightly toasted bagels today Thurday May 7, 2020. I don"t know how these bagels were made or how old they were but they were so thin and biting into one was like biting into a piece of rubber; it actually broke off a piece of my tooth. Another customer commented on how thin they were. You get one star for quick service but zero for product quality. I won't be going back to this Dunkies again.
Quick, efficient, friendly servers. Cheerful staff and surroundings. Lots of food and drink choices and parking.

Depending on when you go your experience may vary. Even during times when they are not particularly busy they will get orders wrong. Sometimes staff is less than friendly. When you do get what you actually ordered though both the drinks and the food are usually fresh.

Very cool seeing the mother store here. As always, love Dunkin! Little plus is that they have the jelly munchkins here, which I haven't noticed in many other locations. I only wish there would be additional information onsite, on the history of its' start and progression through the years.

Dunkin is a hit or miss depends on what store you go to. This location has always been good food and service.
Staff treated my family like their family and were happy to give us advice on must visit spots and tips of what areas to avoid as tourists
You know that you're from Massachusetts when you're disappointed that there is not a Dunkin Donuts and every single corner like there is in the North Shore! I love my Dunkin Donuts coffee!

I order a Ham Egg and Cheese on a croissant..The croissant waa sooo good!! And the sandwich was too..but I havent had a croissant that tasted that good!
