Love this place!! Wonderful trainers, co workers, person served!!! Under staffed but we do what we gotta do

If you look on indeed or Glassdoor you will see over 100 1 star reviews. That should tell you enough. Not including all the seemingly fake 5 star reviews. Do not work for this company ! Prescila the ABSM is horrible and has close relationships with other staff making things hard. Told them what was going on and they turn it back on you and told me I have in my file that I m a bad communicator when I told them I m thinking of quitting. Unfortunately the recruiter and HR Katie seemed great but as I was telling them I m quitting she was pretty much like ok bye. The HR guy is unhelpful and Danny the higher up allows people like precilla and previously employed directors like Libby to work there ? The company as whole seems to be a joke and will wear on you mentally worse than any group home !

Oncoming traffic is obscured when turning left to to this place & need to be cautious.

This company is amazing. And has helped so many people, keep pushing each day. If there is anyone you all know with any mental disabilities or even yourself, and you or someone you know, can get started on the process of maybe moving into, one of the houses this company has to offer.

This is a company that provides paid ,for profit services ,to adults living with developmental disabilities,mental illness,TBI etc.Supporting them in reaching theie goals to increase their independence and quality of life. They also provide supported employment services.As an employee they offer great benefits and paid time off.

Although I once worked here, the quality has since decreased.

The training process was very refreshing since being in the industry for 3 years at the time I started. The job is like most group homes in other companies just more money. The training makes it look like more than it s cracked up to be. I was neglected by management, abused by persons served, I requested to transfer 3-4 times and the only time they actually tried to resolve a situation is when they were afraid id quit on them. A OPC had told me that my feelings don t matter and that it is all about the person served, I didn t disagree, but clearly they don t care about the state their staff is in while taking care of individuals. The way this house was set up, disowned their staff. I was being forced to do certain tasks that I verbally expressed were too difficult for me multiple times, documented thoroughly about the abuse I received from a person served. An OPC swept a lot of what I dealt with there, under the rug. I was told that if I didn t do that task I wasn t doing my job. The task at hand made no sense with the level of difficulty it had and the time of day it was being performed, I felt I was being targeted by the RPC and OPC. I only recommend this company if you don t mind possibly being treated like dirt and thrown on the back burner.

Our case manager, Denise, is awesome! She keeps me updated, keeps the many balls in the air that my child requires, friendly, competent, and shows a genuine care and concern for my child's well-being.

Mahin works hard to keep everything running smoothly, so I think she (and staff) deserve some recognition for their organization and ability to stay on top of things.

First, I'd will say do not keep someone you love at this establishment. The staff are the least helpful and it is very distressing. Specific staffs. Reports are not investigated and very troubling. Please advocate for the ones in there services and get them to a trusting company.
