The courier that Dune are using for online ordering DPD are one of the worst that I have come across.

Suzy in customer services is awful. Faulty handbag and finding every excuse not to refund! Every excuse - they have my bank statement, my payment details, my bank confirmed what card was used to pay and yet its not sufficient!

customer service is not the best ever. Received boots full of stains and glue marks. Asked for partial refund and customer service says they cannot offer my any refund! very bad customer service. please avoid
