The worst service ever! A part for my MacBookPro was ordered by this company on June 13 and I was told that it will arrive within three weeks. It is July 14 and the people in the service are clueless if the part has even been shipped; no idea when it will arrive. I checked with Apple two weeks ago to see if the order has been made; they couldn't find any order made by Duna. At this time I am even questioning if they are a truly certified Apple service. I use Apple products and constantly use their services, it is always prompt and professional. I don't know how does Apple allow their brand to be connected with a company like Duna. Stay away from Duna Computers!

Worst service ever. They didn't fix my MacBook and now the touch pad is badly working. Probably I will need a mouse to continue using this computer.
I have been requesting to return the cash register taken to them for one year and have not returned it. How embarrassing to lie on the phone, and on the spot, not at GTC, then moved, then to MIDA, now to Giacomo, to what I look like, a ping pong ball? Employees are nothing but amateur liars. PLEASE REPLACE MY FISCAL CASH. So, "PLEASE".
Perfect service, IT, fiscal and software solution provider
First of all, the sold us used and broken fiscal register. It was promised short training and delivery by their employees within 5 working days, after many phone calls and hustle, we finally picked it up with no explanation after 2 weeks (we couldn't work because of it) oh and the register broke a week later. Again, We had to beg them to fix it. Now we need to sign it off and it's the same response. When I called they said that, everyone are busy... I do expect to be up to a month. Simply terrible and never again. Edit: it has been 3 months now.
FRAUDSTERS !!! Absolutely unprofessional relationship with clients and unprecedented rudeness !!! The cash register goes to the annual maintenance service, and from whom you will follow it, only God knows who you will return it to! They don't go on the phone (proven fraud tactics) and you can't get them! SHAME !!!
The catastrophe company is totally unprofessional and unethical and for the boss Pajo ic muabet not to make a frustrated illiterate fool with healing complexes
