Just listened to an elderly man in the St Lukes hospital waiting room get reamed out by someone at Northern access when he was trying to get a ride back to the nursing home. It was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever heard! Another person in the waiting had to speak up because the man at Northern access was on speaker phone and everyone in the waiting room was dumbfounded by his behavior!
Northern Access is a great company to work with. Highly recommend for all or your transportation needs!
I do not recommend using this service. They did not show up for my elderly father's scheduled and paid for ride.. and his medical appointment was missed. I called to see why they did not show up... I was informed we should find a new service to use and was hung up on! I called back to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one to speak to about this. Very rude staff.. it makes me wonder how they treat their clients when no one is around.
The drivers who work for this company are idiots. Seen numerous company vehicles for them drive extremely wreckless.
More concerned about payment than service. Prepaid and then they couldn t remember they were paid. Couldn t get a receipt from anyone. Client missed medical appointment. Awful customer service. The drivers seem nice and careful but their office staff was terrible.
My client uses northern access and during a transfer back home something was sticking out of the lift and it got my clients arm, she yelped and the driver moved the lift back up doing the same thing again. She s been healing for almost a month now and when she called they said there wasn t anything they could do because they don t have a grieveance policy and had to contact the owner. Called the owner and they said they d get back to us, three weeks later and still nothing.
