The parking garage under the Vomar on the Landstraat in Bussum is leased to the ParKing company. All tenants and parkers are very dissatisfied with this company. The garage doors are open day and night, so everyone stays there at all times, while most of them have nothing to look for. Anti-social youth causes vandalism and even leaves their needs behind. In the meantime, fights have already taken place between tenants and smoking youth. I and all other tenants also expect from Dudok Wonen that the Fa. They are reminded of their responsibility. Furthermore, the tenants would like to see a harmonica fence between the residents parking area and the Vomar parking area.

Abuse their power. Never rent from this worthless corporation!

Very poorly built houses, livable but not habitable.
Much too high rent for a place that in principle is not intended for living.
Super noisy every day you can hear the neighbors walking.
Do not isolate or think along with the tenant at Dudok, although you pay 630 for 35m2 every month and after 1/2 month of renting you will receive an email with the rent increase, even if people complain the only thing they can do is just try it out to turn the house with cunning underhanded innuendo.

Incredibly badly helped by Mr. D. Brand. We had a viewing where he seemed quite unprofessional to us. He could tell us little about the house and came across as very intimidating. Constantly insisting on certain documents and very direct use of language. It was unpleasant viewing.
We were ultimately rejected because we earn just a little too much. May happen, but it was just revealed to us as if we were a bunch of little kids. There is being informed and there is no mutual understanding of the situation at all. Too bad to have this first encounter with Dudok.

Well-kept property and nice website. Never had a hassle with repairs until the fire alarm in the complex broke and has not yet been replaced.
