Inaccessibility, lack of qualitative and proactive continuity of maintenance of facilities or plot / SERVICE FLAT WITH SERVICE COSTS !! The differences in price
between the rent of neighbor 1 and neighbor 2 with exactly the same house and surface 100 euros p / m more expensive at neighbor 1, while neighbor 2 pays 100 euros less. This while neighbor 2 has enjoyed a brand new bathroom and kitchen dudok and still paid 100 euros less on the basic rent than neighbor 1 with a kitchen that is falling apart and a bathroom that has been left dirty and in very bad condition by former tenant and house construction . Dudok is not a comprehensive corporation and I personally would never consider renting anything with dudok. Sorry Dudok but the truth hurts. Poor service and maintenance also hurts a lot of people.
