Placed an order for a projector, and had to pay full amount in advance. As per the invoice the delivery will take 7-10 days.. as per their sales person, 5-6 days..

I asked for a tracking number and they kept stalling, they only provided it on the 15th day of the order..

It s been 3 weeks now and I got no answer.. and whenever I call the customer service asking for management they answer that they are in a meeting.. a meeting that s been for more than 4 hours..
no projector nor a refund so far..
