Worst company ever. No customer service. They take ur number to call back and you never get a call from them.
I had an accident claim, not my mistake ofcourse , they assigned me a garage who took 1 week to fit the damaged bumper , moreover the bumper was not aligned properly. When complained to Dubai Insurance re same, they said will call back and dint do it. I had to follow up
