Had to change my review after moving into my apartment from 5 to 1 star due to following reasons. This is into the context of their property agent Mr. Ahmed.
After asking him 3 times on my first visit to see property, He said chiller consumption comes with DEWA bill only. The day i got to know that i am suppose to pay for a chiller separately to a private company was the day of disconnection ( most humid day it was 92 percent). I had to sleep couple of days without AC. He changes his statement to - of course it is tenants responsibility.
A day before we were moving in we found that the apartment was not clean enough for us to move in and he said it would clean before you arrive. Forget about cleaning DEWA was not activated as well. I paid extra 500 for this service to espace just to make sure this should not happen.
He told me to get the cleaning done and it will be paid by Owner. He infact asked for my account number as well mentioning the amount will be transferred. Later on i got to know which was not the case.
The day i moved we get to know that we are suppose to be applying for move in permit which was shocking, Thanks to the security gaurd who allowed us to move in upon request other wise i had to take the Truck back and unload.
He does not have adequate knowledge in his field as upon me asking if i can do registration of Ejari myself. He says you have to do two days course to do it.
He tells me before moving in that i will have to pay an advance of 200 AED for Chiller activation and security for using the service lift which was not the case at all.
I am again going to sleep without AC tonight as there is some billing dispute that the previous tenant forgot to pay the amount for chiller.
I ignored the signs of wrong information conveyed to me over and over which i think got me into this situation.
My positive feedback is going for Akhtar Hussein Khan for his professional and customer oriented service for finding me an apartment in Dubai Marina.
I have visited many apartments with him and i felt him very transparent in explaining pros n cons of apartment to let me think about fair decision instead of to focus his sales target only.
The team at ESPACE were excellent and so helpful, exactly what we needed to purchase our first property. Huge props to Tom Rees who was so helpful and patient. It must be a tough job but Tom works with integrity and nothing was too difficult. Thank you all :) 5* all round.

Spoiler Alert (It's gonna be long but worth it)
I bought a property in The Lakes, Dubai (Jan 2020) from Espace Real Estate. The agent who assisted me in finding my dream home was, "Gil Van Gelder". What I really liked about Gil was:
1) He was honest and straightforward which is a rarity in Dubai property market.
2) Another good quality was that he did not appeared, too needy/pushy or greedy to just make sale and his commission thereof. He spoke in a matter of fact manner. Take it or leave it, in a polite way.
3) Always responsive to my calls, even after the sale was made if I had queries. I can call him now, if I wish to know about the market.
4) Most importantly, what I loved the most dealing with him was that he showed me 15 properties within 2 hrs (same day) which were in my budget and prefered locality. I choose one of the 15 properties in one day as he laid down all I could buy in one go, all I had to do was to make a choice.
5) He also found me a very decent tenant (did tenancy contract for free) who has kinda become more of friend in last one year.
I highly recommend Gil Van Gelder to anyone who wishes to have a scam free quick property purchase/Sale in Dubai.

I rented my upgraded lake view two bed fully furnished in springs through Grace. I listed this with three other agencies and it was only Grace that did viewings almost daily on my property, so I decided to go on exclusive bases with her. She found me a tenant who paid one cheque which was my requirement living aboard. Handled cheques handover and inspections, and did a great job negotiating.

Aaron was our agent at ESpace and he was fantastic. We initially found a house through another agent which fell through. Throughout that process Aaron occasionally contacted me to see how things were going. When it fell through he took the time to understand what we were looking for, showed us houses that fit our criteria and actually listened to what we liked/ didn t and wasn t pushy (unlike other agents we spoke to). There wasn t anything on his books (or others) that fit our criteria. He asked if we were open to other areas/ options, and I told him to convince us that something else was better.
