Had to change my review after moving into my apart...

Had to change my review after moving into my apartment from 5 to 1 star due to following reasons. This is into the context of their property agent Mr. Ahmed.
After asking him 3 times on my first visit to see property, He said chiller consumption comes with DEWA bill only. The day i got to know that i am suppose to pay for a chiller separately to a private company was the day of disconnection ( most humid day it was 92 percent). I had to sleep couple of days without AC. He changes his statement to - of course it is tenants responsibility.
A day before we were moving in we found that the apartment was not clean enough for us to move in and he said it would clean before you arrive. Forget about cleaning DEWA was not activated as well. I paid extra 500 for this service to espace just to make sure this should not happen.
He told me to get the cleaning done and it will be paid by Owner. He infact asked for my account number as well mentioning the amount will be transferred. Later on i got to know which was not the case.
The day i moved we get to know that we are suppose to be applying for move in permit which was shocking, Thanks to the security gaurd who allowed us to move in upon request other wise i had to take the Truck back and unload.
He does not have adequate knowledge in his field as upon me asking if i can do registration of Ejari myself. He says you have to do two days course to do it.
He tells me before moving in that i will have to pay an advance of 200 AED for Chiller activation and security for using the service lift which was not the case at all.
I am again going to sleep without AC tonight as there is some billing dispute that the previous tenant forgot to pay the amount for chiller.
I ignored the signs of wrong information conveyed to me over and over which i think got me into this situation.
