I would not recommend Espace to anyone, not even if I disliked them. Their word is useless and all they are after is money. I listed my property with them last year as I was leaving the country. They persuaded me to go exclusive by agreeing to my asking price, then later slowly kept decreasing the price. Why don t they just be honest and I would have listed it at a different price, was a waste of time and a lot of buyers were put off. Eventually I listed with others as well.

Finally they managed to secure a buyer with an offer. They manipulated both parties to make a gap between the buyers offer and the seller. (2.3 and 2.35) we were then told he managed to negotiate this. The agent then asked for us to split the extra 50,000 down the middle. I said if he can assure that he can complete on time before we leave the country, then I would be happy. He assured this.....sadly it delayed by another 2 months and this effected my family and the move a lot! I informed him of the financial costs and told him that all I would be seeking is an amount which affected my family with this delay. Espace refused to come to an agreement even though this amount was not included in the legal amount that they would receive from me. The agents word was useless and was just a lie to entrap my family.

The agent also caused a lot of stress to myself during the process of getting paperwork. I was told to get a power of attorney (POA) for a friend incase of minor delays. Firstly Espace wanted to charge me 5000 dirhams! Ridiculous as you can do it yourself for a fraction! Secondly when I did the POA I asked him to proof read it and translate it within Espace to confirm it was sufficient. He confirmed it was ok. Later, the day before I was scheduled to leave the country! I asked another Espace agent and was informed that this is insufficient! I spent my final day running around Dubai having to reapply for the POA. If I hadn t been told then I would have been in even more trouble with the sale!

I was trying to be more than fair by asking them only for an amount that had affected my family with the delay. They could have kept the rest for all I cared. Sadly all they were interested in was taking as much money from their clients as they could get their greedy hands on. After the experience I had, I would strongly recommend that you do not use Espace for buying or selling properties!

I have used multiple agencies in Dubai and Espace have been the best by far. Sergo was accommodating, friendly, honest, and really went above and beyond after the signing of contracts with regards to move in permits, Ejari etc. Many agents don t do this so we were really pleased. I would recommend Sergo at eSpace for anyone looking to move to Arabian Ranches or Palm Jumeirah.

My agent Ahmad Sbeity is one of the greatest guys in this industry! You meet him he is very friendly he is not pushing at all, he can explain everything you need because he feel your needs! If you need a true professional and a person to be your guy in real estate this is definitely your guy

I have purchase a condo from one of the agents now working for this company who deceived me into buying with promises it would finish in 6months during 2015. The property has yet to finish till this date. I would not recommend dealing with this company or the agents they have hired.

I have been messed around by a lot of agents since moving out to Dubai whilst looking for a long term lease (A lot of over promising and under delivering). However, with Robert it was a pleasure as he assisted me every step of the way. Bad experience dealing with Grace. During the showings she took me to wrong address, to places where she has not been informing people living there that we are coining to check their houses. She ended up passing me to another broker from another firm who was worst than her.
