3/4/16 I purchased a pair of Nike Goaterra boots from the H street location. I got home, tried them on and noticed the air bubbles in the boots squeaked. I returned them to the store and was treated with the utmost disrespect. I asked for an exchange but the cut was different. Both boots were size 10.5. I told them the situation, the person at the register (tiffany) told me they handled my initial issue, its not their fault i dont know my size. By this time im pissed because she basically brushed me off.plain lazy unprofessional service. I located the corporate number but the number is out of service. I will never spend money there again.

I was at the DTLR located inside Southlake mall. I wanted to try on pants before I brought them since there are no refunds. I stood there for about 20 minutes waiting to get someone's attention. Once I did, she went to get the key to the fitting room and then she came but and told me "Well they said they lost the key to the fitting room (laughing)." Really DTLR? Very poor customer service on your behave.

I went to the store in Richmond to return. I bought the shoes and was not advised that I could not get a refund since I used my debit card. The guy at the store says he can exchange or give me a gift card. I ended up going to a different store to exchange the shoes on Broad st. The guy there overcharged me as I had military discount I said something to him and he just blew it off. These both were the worst experiences ever. I'll stick to kids foot locker, champs, or finish line bc these stores were garbage and labeled customer service skills. The girls one on Broad and the one on S. Laburnum were the only ones with customer service. The guy I'm Laburnum was too busy talking to some chick vs doing his job to keep his customers happy.

They purposely have people use debit so they can have no option for a return(Full return only if you use credit). I bought shoes last night and they will not return only exchange. Same shoes $15 more than neighboring store. Rip off, never shop here!!!

I purchased shoes on 1/19/2109 at 6:38p.m. At Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia Georgia on a rainy day. My son tried the shoe on in the store. I bought them, Manager who I learn later completed my transaction. I left the store. The next day I tried the shoe on my son again at home on carpet and figure we may need to go up a size. I didn t want to return back to Stonecrest Mall because that location isn t near my home. I called south DeKalb mall they didn t have the size I needed so I call Southlake Mall and they did. I go to southlake mall to exchange my shoe and I was told the shoe was dirty at the bottom and the assistant manager Tanisha I believe her name was refuse to exchange the shoes which I just purchased yesterday. I explain that, and her suggestion was for me to clean the shoe and bring them back. I disagree because I knew my son didn t wear the shoes. She also suggested I drive back to stonecrest to exchange the shoes. Which is nowhere near my home. I end up leaving southlake mall and headed to stonecrest. I arrived at Stonecrest and had a hard time as well. TAnisha the assistant Manager at southlake mall had already called the location saying I told her my son wore the shoes. Which I did not say. It was a rainy day in Georgia and if my kid, who is only 5, wore the shoes the bottom of the shoe would be more than just dirty. To make a long story short I was told by STonecrest assistant manager to come back tomorrow 1/21/2019 to speak with the manager. Remind you I drove to two location and as good customer service you ask me to return tomorrow? That s horrible customer service and inconveniencing the Customer who already drove to two locations. Another customer comes in stoncrest mall after me to exchange some shoes assistant manager barely checked the shoe. He open the box and closed it. I told him you didn t check his shoe at the bottom, I was told he saw the gentleman earlier that week and that he s a loyal customer. So loyal customer are more valuable then I?
My money spends just like a loyal customer money spends. I will not be returning back to purchase anything else from DTLR. Customer service at both locations was horrible, distasteful, unprofessional and still no solution. I ve wrote on DTLR Instagram page and made a post about not to support this company and I will continue until I get the best customer service I deserve.

My friend and I came into the store number: 00105 ( st, west palm beach, FL) we wanted to buy the same pair of shoes and the women manager said we couldn t because she said so the rule is one per customer. And they had multiple pairs in the back because the employee on the floor told me they had other sizes. I ve been a store manager and I NEVER spoke to my customers that way. Very disappointed in the DTLR franchise I didn t know they promoted rude and unfair employees. I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience I had at DTLR. I won t be returning ever again. I usually shout out shoe stores but DTLR gets an F from me. Assoc number: 110029

Bought my son a pair of nikes on 05/21/2019. My son wore them for 2 days and the mesh lining started fuzzing and turning yellow, the soles also started showing lines as if he had wore them for months. Took the shoes back for an exchange and was instantly told no. I have called corporate with no return call as of yet. The manufacture date on the shoes is 07/01/2017!!! The shoes are 2 years old. I need an exchange because nike will not return after 2 years Ive only had for 1 week my son only wore for 2 days!!!
