AVOID. Sales people are changing there way too often. Raw materials are NOT FRESH and are sometimes sold after one year of storage (no idea in what conditions)

The "store" is complicated and susceptible for mistakes.

Tell your people to answer their phones, I've been sitting for 2 and a half days waiting to deliver your load.

Getting phone calls from this company telling me I have a security breach on my internet account.

Not the first unauthorized money transaction in our account.

Way too many sales people are rotating in DSM and probably they either know that something is wrong in the company or they feel the products are not as they claimed to be or they are not being valued or.....

Our experience was BAD with DSM. Stay away!
