They have basically everything you could imagine for tactical gear but I thought they just moved in. There's crap everywhere. You can barely walk around the store without having to step over boxes. Clean it up guys Sounds like this has been an incredibly long standing problem. It seems like they sell 5.11 gear at the exact same price as online so unless you're getting a discount from your organisation, it might not be worth trying to stumble your way through the store.

Best tactical store around, had some issues with um jacket I ordered they took care of and went above and beyond I will for ever send people from my place of work and will be the store for all my paramedic apparel

These guys are awesome! My go-to for everything tactical. The store is so much nicer now too. I have been going here for almost 11 years and they never disappoint. Keep it up!

They stock a lot of unique and cool products that are hard to find anywhere else. The new expanded store is also starting to look really nice. One downside is the new staff. Or at least new to me. The two girls on shift today were very eager to tell me how to position my mask on my face, but when it came down to answering questions about several of their products...they were simply clueless. I will leave it at that. Was going to drop a decent amount of $$$ there but I changed my mind. It will be a while before I go there again. Hopefully when I do go back, the staff will be more knowledgeable. I hope you have better luck than me. Thanks for reading.

Top notch, a little cluttered but all high end stuff

My experience with DS Tactical is strictly with their online ordering and service.

I ordered two sets of P.I.G Delta Tactical gloves. I was happy that they had them in stock. I chose the FedEx 2 Day Express.

I am impressed that I ordered the items last Thursday and they arrived today.

Thank you to the team for their quick and diligent work because they basically processed, packed and shipped my order out the very next day.

The staff is well experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Lots of great items at supreme prices. A little on the small side but they're making improvements to expand soon. Always a loyal and expensive customer.

These guys are amazing, great staff and have a good inventory, if you ask them for something and they dont have it they will look for it and get it for you if possible. They have few staff so there may be some wait but they are always willing to help or find someone else who may help you. Ive been going here for a few years and have always had amazing service.

Wow! Everything you need, and if you dont need it they will still have it for you! Some things that I never knew existed are there on the shelf! Top notch! The store expanded and I ended up spending hours in there, just to satisfy my curiosity! Kudos to great staff members as well! Great job guys!

If you need any tactical equipment in the LMD, this is THE PLACE to go. They don't always have the best prices, but when you need something in a hurry, they've got it. LE, MIL, EHS, Fire discount is always a plus!

I've been shopping here for the past couple years and it's a great place to get gear you cannot easily find anywhere else. Their pricing is competitive and their staff are very friendly.

If you need anything for police, medic, or security work this is the place. Gun stuff, footwear, tactical wear, accessories. And all the pouches you could ever want for any application! Like a wall of pouches, it's impressive.

Good prices (comparable to online stores) with a fair selection. Getting help from staff isn't the easiest, might have to chase someone down but not difficult in a small store. Discounts for emergency personnel.

These guys are the greatest been shopping here since 2007. Purchased stuff for several deployments around the world they sell good quality kit and have great service.

I work in L.E. and have gone in several times for boots and gear for work. They have a good selection of pants and tactical gear however their customer service is very sloppy. The staff seem disinterested or uncomfortable with customers in the store and seem to spend the majority of their time talking on the phone.

Ds tactical has alot of real cool clothing as well as other tactical items. Can be a bit expensive but the items are high quality. And police and security get a 10% discount.

Good prices on hard to get stuff. Nice to be able to hold or try it on too before I buy.

Friendly and informative staff and a buttload of stock. This is the best store I've been to for quality tactical related bits and things. Tactical tailor, Triple Aught Design, Magpul, Prometheus design works, surefire, Geissele and many many more awesome manufacturers.

Some things that they have are hard to find elsewhere

I can't believe I spent $70 on patches alone, but I love them because they go great with the backpack and messenger bag we got from them. They are a bit pricey, but we get what we paid for: high quality and durability.

I am incredibly disappointed by my last few visits to this store. Prior to the pandemic I would come to DS frequently but over the summer there have been a huge lack of COVID safety protocols. Many customers come in the store without masks on making this store a safety concern. There are no social distancing precautions put in place.

Call their actual shop before ordering online, or you'll be like me and get a phone call 2-3 buisness days later saying they dont have it in stock.

Otherwise good Walk In store.

Yes, there's boxes strewn about the floor at times but that's because they're constantly getting new stuff and are busy with helping clients and stocking things away a the same time.
