Show was Amazing and very professional but Theatre Staff was so terribly rood that it makes it impossible for us to ever return. Never Again. They truly were there ONLY for their pay check. No interest at all in their Patrons.

Been going for years for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Always great food. One of the valet guys has been there since I was a kid and didn't go for about 10 years, he remembered me! One year will see a show as well.....

I purchased tickets for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in order to take children. I purchased the tickets months before the reviews came out. Once the reviews came out, Drury Lane updated their website to include that it was not suitable for children under 12. They then refused to refund my tickets or let me exchange them for a kid appropriate show. They must have had lots of complaints and have since changed their site again saying it is not appropriate for kids under 5. Instead of taking care of their customers, they protecting their current income stream. Unfortunately this will cause issues with their future income stream. I purchase around 20 tickets a year and will now be taking my money elsewhere.

I've been seeing theater here for years, and they always do a great job with the performance and execution of their shows for a very reasonable price compared to downtown. Granted, the shoes they pick are sometimes a bit dated but they can't all be Hamilton. I can't really speak to the banquet or restaurant as I've only ever seen plays here.

This was a lovely venue to watch a musical. We came to see the production of 42nd Street. It was on a field trip with the 6,7 and 8th grade chorus group.

All the actors were engaging, beautiful voices, tremendous stage presence, and I can't wait too see another show here soon.

This theater has old world charm, and the production is top notch. We saw the 2020 production of Mary Poppins, and it had all the bells and whistles, including flying characters and magic!

We have been going to holiday brunch at Drury Lane for Easter and Mother s Day for years. This year we were all surprised at the changes, I should say we were disappointed at the changes. There was far less variety of food, many items were just plain cold, the items were just not as fresh as years past and the service was no where near what it used to be. In years past there was NEVER a dirty plate left on the table for more than two or three minutes. This year dirty plates sat for quite some time. And getting your coffee or mimosa refilled required quite a wait I never did manage to get a second cup of coffee, but then again the coffee was not great to begin with, the first cup was only lukewarm at best. Now all of these things aren t horrendous but when the bill came we were stunned!! The price had gone WAY WAY up about $15 per adult, that s a significant increase. There is no way we will go back and pay $60 per adult for a brunch that I would no longer consider top notch. Lukewarm coffee, cold entrees, less variety, and mediocre service. It was so very disappointing. For the first time we left feeling like we had been ripped off. We will not be back. At this price we can t afford to try again and spends very large amount of money just to be disappointed again.

Beautiful place, awful customer service. It's sad because aesthetically this place was in my top 3 for wedding venue. Getting answers is like pulling teeth. You send emails with questions and get copy paste "thanks for your email" responses and no answers. I went to see it, gorgeous and I was so excited. However my follow up questions fell on deaf ears. I requested a tasting sent my interests of food items with multiple questions pertaining to the tasting and others that I needed answers to to help me decide if I was ready to move forward. I was having a 500 dollar tasting, I think I should have some questions before locking that it. I got no answers just a bill for the tasting and a date. I had to send another email specifically asking for the questions to be addressed. My fiance popped in today (yes unscheduled) to see if anyone could show him since he was not present initially. He knew how excited I was over the place but was hesitant given the email exchanges with Ruth. Instead of saying no one was available the woman rudely said we'll see if someone could show you while barely looking up from her computer. She then sent him to the restaurant to wait, where he did for 40 mins. He went back to ask for follow up and was told no one will come show him. Not sure how long she planned on waiting before letting him know that. Not showing him without an appointment is fine but there is a way to handle your customers. Especially those coming to spend 10-20 grand. It's clear why the previous reviews are what they are. I'll be posting this to yelp as well. Pretty, but move on to somewhere you have peace of mind for your big day.

Very nice facilities. Stage is smallish, but when used effectively, provides everything a good theater troupe needs. My wife and I watched Beauty and the Beast and we will definitely return for other shows in the future.

Rodger & Hammerstein's South Pacific was a surprise treat: Fantastic acting and perfect singing! The usual fake French and Polynesian accents were wonderfully authentic, and the 1940s language and many American dialects executed very well. Great costuming, fun choreography timed to a split second, nice sets with incredible lighting. The elegant Drury Lane would earn five stars without the many disruptive late seatings, mid-performance breaks and returns, and early departures.

A beautiful dining hall and theater. Have seen multiple stage shows/musicals here as well as attended a fundraiser and wedding reception here as well. Always has been a pleasure and the food was always excellent.

Location is a little tricky to find but I was very pleased with it. Parking is free and plentiful. The lobby is large and comfortable so it's perfect for waiting for a friend or just a nice place to wait before the doors open. Seats are comfy but the best thing is they aren't crammed together so there's good leg room.

We did the Afternoon Tea for new years eve. The start time for all tea reservations is at 3pm. They should strong considering allowing reservations to stagger in versus all at once. We sat there for quite some time before someone took our drink order let alone bring out our tea. If there are like groups every 15 minutes at least there would not be a large rush. Same goes for end of service. Everyone was waiting for their check at the same time and it took an extremely long time to get your bill. All that aside, the experience itself was nice! Everyone working there was pleasant and the food was tasty. We loved the finger sandwiches most. While most of the holiday desserts were not my taste, some people in my party did enjoy. Would definitely do again, but would be concerned if I booked play tickets and needed to leave for the Drury Lane show.

One of the best brunch experiences I've had in a while. The hospitality is excellent. The variety of food items is bountiful, however, most of the choices were not to my taste. The Mamosa glass is bottomless. Some foods I selected were very good. They prepared these little donuts right before your eyes, with a variety of toppings, which I enjoyed very much, and visited that station twice. The carved Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy I highly recommend. My companions loved the omelet station, roast beef, and ham. The variety of desserts will make your head spin. The presentation of everything was excellent, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend brunch at Drury Lane. Make sure you go hungry.

Had a wedding reception here - it was incredible! Such a beautiful place.
I'm not sure if they did their own cooking for the reception or if it was a done by another company, but if they did, it was phenomenal.

Very disappointed with Joseph. I have performed in Joseph twice professionally and for the life of me cannot think of one reason why the director of this Drury Lane production took it where he did. His addition of Joseph wearing heals and pink flaing feathers sent many to the exits at intermission. Joseph is a tremendous story most believe to be true and has a tremendous score. Why would one screw with it for a political statement. Why would Drury Lane allow it. Truly hope they feel this economically. The director is probably just plain bad at his profession and lack's artistic integrity. Ton of talent in the show was wasted. Avoid this show and definitely leave your kids at home if you can't. Sad, right?
