Normally it's really good and the service is awesome but this last time was the total opposite. We waited 45 minutes just for our check, I get it was Easter but there was people that sat down after is getting their check no problem. We asked several servers and a manager where are check was them had to repeat the process to get our credit card. That took another 30 minutes. We heard that the credit card system went down but due to total lack of professionalism in their part none of the servers or manager we asked about our card had the courtesy to tell us that. Just left us sitting there with absolutely no help.

Whitney has been our server for the past few times we have been there. It was a great experience with her especially when she recognizes your family and communicates with the family ensuring that she is meeting the expectations and requests. She is a bright, and very welcoming person. I hope her the best and cannot wait to see her the next time.

Very nice theater

Very nice theater
Small venue so all seats are good
Sunday brunch is delicious, but expensive
Gin Game had good actors with NO plot to the story
Rock of Ages was fun, mildly crude humor, and good, recognizable music

Beautiful location & venue but I was disappointed in their high tea service. The pastries were cold and the location was the pass through for staff. They rolled food carts by for other rooms & the bar cart for the lobby. Also looked liked the staff checkout room was behind the kitchen doorway and they passed by our table consistently. Huge distraction, for the cost this should be in a private dining room away from the staff traffic.

Love coming to Drury Lane....The shows are always very well done, and there isn't really a bad place to sit. Seen many shows here, and its the go to spot for quality theater in the West Burbs.

My family has been coning here for brunch for years. specially on Thanksgiving. The food is very good.

I'd give Drury Lane zero stars if that were an option. They intentionally mislead customers to buying tickets for what they assume to be the classic Broadway musical "Joseph," but what you end up seeing is a sexually explicit show that you should not take your kids to. We feel like we let our 9 and 11 year old girls down by staying until intermission. Really the fault is on Drury Lane for hiding the truth. We were not the only parents or grandparents this happened to. A number left angry and feeling decieved. So far they are not willing to issue a refund for the bait and switch. They don't care about families...only their bottom line. I hope this strategy comes back to bite them. We will never buy tickets here again unless ownership changes course dramatically. Shame on your Drury Lane!

Went for a wedding... The banquet is pretty but I've seen better. Food was served very late, party started at 6 but food didn't come out till 9:20 And when it finally came we had to wait like 20 minutes in between soup, salad, and main course... Further more service sucks.. I had to wait like 15 minutes to get a spoon, I got tired of waiting so got up and got it my self. Also dance floor was very small.

The play was very well produced and performed. Our seats were terrific.

The theater was way way TOO COLD. Had this been the winter, the theater would have been closed by the Board of Health. Even men were complaining. Fortunately I had a coat with me or I would have asked for my money back.

When I returned after the intermission, the usher said enjoy the rest of the show. I said I will if it is not so cold. He said we have resolved the issue. Not true.

Also with everyone filtering in and out through one entrance, it is a hassle. One is not allowed to exit through the side doors which would simplify matters.

The musical 'An American in Paris' is A+ with a caliber even beating many downtown Chicago shows. All of the dancing and many voices were wonderful. The set and costume designs were great too. In fact, the scene changes were done in a unique, seamless, quick and frequently entertaining, dancing way. Lastly, this updated version sometimes told the story beautifully with only dancing and scene changes. Enjoy it while you can!

Attended a wedding. The room and space was very clean and elegant. The waitresses were very disrespectful with their service. Upon serving the items, our food was tossed on the table. High elegant place worth the price but waitresses should be retrained to be polite. They act like they do not want to be there so why make it miserable for us the ones that chose to be there.

With a few changes this could be a five star theater.

Because there is only a single entrance, it can take 25 minutes to get to your seat. There is no marked line so people just push in. There's no accommodation for handicapped patrons who have to wait to enter the theater.

I was there with a large group and lunch was tasty but, with a shortage of servers, difficult to get service. Just getting more hot water for tea took three requests and 20 minutes. Someone else at my table had to ask multiple times to get coffee. Ice tea was brought around but refills were never offered.

Finally, I appreciate the desire to counteract talking people in the theater, but the sound system was at near deafening level.
