Great customer service, even in these challenging times. I was seen promptly for my appointment and given a brand new courtesy car for the day whilst I had repairs done. Tires are a bit expensive if you have to change them. Other than that, it s a fantastic place for customer service. Well done

I rented out an A4 from Bristol Audi, being in care of Lucas, he not only got us the required car but went above and beyond his needs to give us the best deal on it bear in mind this is the second time (first being the Q3). Lucas continued to guide us through the whole process making it a smooth and enjoyable experience; he displayed excellent customer service. The quality of used approved Audi from Mon motors Bristol is shocking. I bought an Audi a3 remotely because of covid, 66 reg low mileage through Richard Sherwood and Lee Gleed from Bristol Audi and there isn t a single interior panel that isn t scratched! When delivered it was like a dog kennel full of dog hair, had to get it valeted multiple times. The car boot gets full if water every time it rains. Rear and front brake discs were worn 60-70% according to Bolton Audi s health check! I was told it was one owner from new but wasn t. NEVER TRUST these two to sell you a car!

Poor experience. You would kinda think if you are in the market to buy a new car, esspecialy in the current envirnment, that it would be easy to get the attention of a sales person. Apparently not, after being ignored for 10 mins we asked the girl on reception if we could speak to somebody about buying an RS5. She disappeared and did not reappear. After another 10 mins we left. We don't go back. Poor

Excellent service, professional and attentive attitude from Beverly Sheppard. My car required tyres replacing and Beverly worked extended hours to ensure that car is ready for collection. I requested that it is my daughters birthday and I need the car back as soon as possible, she negotiated with the tyre supplier, leasing company and got the job down very efficiently. She is a real asset to Audi and worked very diligently. Thank you again Beverly and Audi.

Staff was very polite and friendly but had to wait over an hour to be seen.. only plus to this was the lovely coffee juice and biscuits for the kids
