Dirty place needs to learn how to treat employee. Management has no cares about employees or there personal life's the only things that matter is getting orders done in less time than called for
Worked a week in data entry. The office personnel were friendly. However, the training is nonexistent and they expect you to learn their system on your own with outdated instructions. I would sit for hours with nothing to do and asking for things to do went nowhere. The president of the company, Cameron, walked around and never introduced himself. Very unorganized and frustrating. I suggest they get training in place or at the very least, keep people with work to do, even if its highlighting. (They will know) Pay is average and hours were good.
The place is a joke the people deserve to be treated with respect and aren't. The workers were good people. Cameron not so much no people skills and disrespectful
Horrible place to work. Owners are extremely cheap. Unrealistic expectations. Safety is last on their list of priorities.
Good place to work, couldnt happen to pass on leaving a review when I see the negative reviews and notice how far they are from the truth. Worked at CMP for a great length of time and worked with a lot of the people that made the negatives and funny thing is, they were mainly released for reasons any company would release a person. Its a job and you learn as a child going back to elementary school that when you become a big boy or girl that you get a job, be responsible and do what your asked and you succeed. The crew at CMP right now is GREAT! They all understand. The company keeps growing and when I see the multiple other companies in the area that are losing contracts and employees because they are folding I realized its because this company is dominating by making strategic decisions. Great place!
This place is the worth place to work for and poor management! The new CEO Cameron have no respect for anyone but his self and have no clue about manufacturing!
Great place too work, flexible with hours and good pay. Everyone is very nice and fun to work with. Would recommend.
Definitely not a good place to work unless your just starting out and greener than green. If you have half a brain and the experience to go with it.....you won't get anywhere. They only promote incompetence not skill. #justsaying. Worked there for over 5 years. Too many back stabbers. #outliketrout
