I made an order through the website. A week and a half has passed and no action from the store is visible.
I tried to call - unsuccessfully, the number on a weekday and working hours is not available (call reset immediately)
It's good that I didn't choose to pay by card

I tried to buy a drone through the company's online store. Unfortunately, I never got what I wanted. There were several issues when ordering:
- After placing the order, I did not receive any information about the status. Sent? Not sent? Processed? Not processed? Nobody writes or calls.
- In 2 days I called back, the invoice number was dictated. There was no reaction to the request to reset by SMS.
- I went to pick up at the new post office and here's a surprise for you - you need to have a passport to get it! But why warn the client? The result: an hour of time thrown out of nowhere, the drone went back, a new one was ordered in another store.

I had the pleasure to cooperate with the Drone.ua service center (paid repair).
The impression is great! From the very first minutes of communication, even by telephone, professionalism, correctness, and courtesy are felt .. The same emphasized customer-oriented service, which is better known from Western countries (USA, in particular), but which, alas, is not always found with us.
1. We listened very politely and carefully over the phone, called back (I had a poor connection, was in such a place), quickly found out and named the cost and terms of the repair, then I decided it myself.
2. The cost is not that very low, but at the time I didn t have any better offers - now this situation in the country and some companies do not work / "the master didn t come out", etc. .. And in some places they called me unrealistic prices!
3. Let's go a little towards the time of delivery for repair, wait (it was the end of the day)
4. Agreed to issue the paper in the form that I asked
5. They promised to make it faster. AND DID !! The very next day it was reported that the work was done and in fact without any delay they sent the NP. As a result, the next morning I could get a repaired drone accessory in my unit.
The quality of the repair, as far as visually appreciated, is excellent.
6. It is especially pleasant that the employee heeded my requests and packed the fragile item SO, as probably few people packed :)
It was my urgent request (so as not to be damaged during the shipment) and it was fulfilled by 150%!

I liked the attitude to the client, efficiency, attention to detail and willingness to satisfy the client.
If I knew in advance how everything would be fast and successful (and not more expensive, but cheaper than in other serious SCs) - I would have contacted much earlier!

I wish prosperity to Drone.ua, and to colleagues in the workshop - to take an example from them.
