Positive:
All very new.
No carpeting in the room.
Small fitness area
Breakfast enough choice
Little road noise
Inexpensive on-street parking (if you're lucky!)
Negative:
Underground car park occupied
Not enough space in the breakfast area
Staff in the breakfast area not as attentive as it would be nice (you are almost finished with breakfast and are then asked if you would like an egg dish)
Bread / baked goods unfortunately typical frozen / industrial products
