Feldman group is the best firm I have come across so far with my green card application process. I have worked with some other ones, but never had anyone like them, so efficient and thorough with all that they do. Lynne is a very professional attorney who represented me and my wife for our Green Card applications. She and her team are very supportive and because of their good work we received our Green Card without any issue in a short time. Jason did a very good job as well with my PERM application. My PERM and I-140 were easily approved because of his excellent work. The entire team are nice and friendly and the most important thing is that they are unbelievably responsive. They first got H1B approval for me back in 2010. It s not an easy one because I was a law clerk at that time and USCIS denied my first petition when I was represented by a different immigration firm. Lynne Feldman, Jason Feldman and their office helped us with our immigration needs (LC, I140 and 485). They gave us excellent service. Also, turnaround time for any request is amazing. For example, I had a RFE on my I-140; USCIS needed an experience letter from my previous employer as USCIS did not understand some of my computer skills. I requested Jason to provide me the format and he gave me the required format in couple of hours, and then immediately prepared and filed the response after getting the letter. This is really amazing service I have never seen with any other Attorney Firm. With many other law firms, it is always hard to get good service especially once you are done paying the fees. We used attorney Lynne s services for our employment based Green Card (GC) applications. We are from one of the most retrogressed countries and our GC journey took more than 7 years. In these 7 years, I have had numerous opportunities to interact with attorney Lynne and her paralegals. I would say they are one of the best in the industry.

We had to file 10 Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), 14 Advance Paroles (AP) during these 7 years in addition to our GC applications.
