Good architecture & well maintained property, it's a landmark building

The great building, affordable price and most important is enough parking space, hence giving two stars against it. However, Building Management is very poor. Be ready to accept there will be issues in water supply, electricity in Passage. You will need to use mobile torch to walk-down in passage for many days in case of electrical fault. The smallest issue in water supply takes minimum 3-4 working days to get resolve. In case female employees are working with company, imagine the situation what they will do when water supply not coming in toilet? The dogs and cats are moving everywhere and at every floor and spreading dung and making dirty. Security staff here in the building are best example of show peaces. Building Management & Administrative Staff is not bothered with anything about giving the basic necessity like water supply, light in passage, cleanness and there response to the complain is even worse then SBI or any other GOVT staff.

It's a good commercial building with 3 wings ( buildings ) of offices & retail also. Good available parking place, outside, inside & in basements too. It's a place where if working there then it's a cool, calm & silent place to work perfectly by concentrating, which increases your power to enhance your ability to utmost level.

Very good business hub for small, medium and large business.
Best location with cheapest price available for rent.

Very special types of business are available in this arcade. A very good place for businesses. I suggest this place for new business opening office area.

Building maintenance is too bad, and elevators don't work properly

Here you can get office rent at a lower rate than around.

Khandar Hain re baba. No amenities provided by the builder. Constant water supply and lifts issues. Don't even think of taking office space here.

Administration is bad lift goes into repair almost every day

New business hub for all type of business man. Well devlope area. Good branded lift install for people. So they can mannage to rich there place. Touch pannel install in it. We'll manage underground parking is here. Security arrangements is good. Outer Sider parking is also big. Tea stall ,small food stall is also out side this building.
Elevation, structure and amenities for business hub is proper. Fier safety option is there. Overall we can have office here.

Nearby Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. 3 blocks in there. Clean area and 12 floor available with many lift facility.

If you have low budget you can get the office here. Service is not that good but for small businesses its good

Pathetic lift service, mismanaged parking facility, no visitor parking

Place is on the back area with less public transport

Tower is not much clean as West gate business bay, Security is not much

Cleanness is good and maintained on daily basis but technically things like lifts and lights are not good also this corporate business hub is too far from Ahmedabad local.

Lot of space for parking. But I have suggestions to improve the security.

I am working since 12th Feb 2018 at there place the cleanliness is too good . Helpful security staff. Great maintenance. Good parking space .

It's perfect location. Also a parking facilities and garden area it's too good and clean.
