They are great at their core focus. Good overall but great at energy efficient building. Knowing and enforcing the details that matter for functionality. No high quality windows with air gaps around them here! After five years in our house I'm still happy and would pick them again.

Yes their billing was hourly and not fixed (sub contracts fixed) and actually did go above expected projection in my case. But the project as a whole came in under budget. Besides I'd much rather pay a fair price for good service than live in a house built by someone losing money while they work.

Stitt Group installed our home solar system, and we couldn't be happier with the extremely low electric bills. My Parents also bought a system from them after seeing our consistently low bills for the past two years. Would recommend.

Hired them to draw plans for a passive solar house
Long story short we spent 3 mo and $3k to have them design a house for us and didn t even get to keep the plans
Total con artists and way over priced
Their response was that it was their design so they wouldn t release the drawings unless we built the house through their company
We bought plans on the internet for almost the same house and had it built for half of what we were quoted . if they were truly an honest company I would have at least left their office with my set of plans that I paid for
Their reply to this post is almost an insult. The reason we didn t chose theme to build our house was that David wanted to build his house not ours, and they would argue over everything even down to the fact that I didn t want a heat pump installed in my custom home. The reason we chose someone else was that they listened to our wants and needs.

Stitt group installed my 6.93 KW solar system November 21, 2018 at a cost of over 25% less than any of the 3 other companies i received quotes from. They are a local NWA company so your installation, service, warranty and taxes all stay local. In my first month I made 17 kWh more than I used. Month 2 I used 4 kWh more than I made, leaving me a balance of 13 to the good. Last month I used 89 kWh more than I made, making me have to pay 12$ for power. All of this I can track on the phone app that came with the system. I have no doubt by summer I will be far enough ahead to avoid any costs other than the electric company customer fees. The system is on a four bedroom home with a level 2 phev charger used for 3 charges a day. I am very satisfied with every level of my experience with Stitt group.

SO I am going to "help" this company out. Ideally, your satisfied customers would be invited to leave positive reviews of all the great work that you do but clearly this is not happening. Why not create a simple system that would allow your customers to speak positively about your company?

Stitt Energy performed exceptionally for us in KC, MO regarding energy efficiency and design integrity, proved for 12-years since we moved in. Yes, their costs are high, but you get a lot of value! Shortfalls? Granted, a few. A Must - Find your own local contractor that you absolutely know you can trust, not only in honesty and integrity, but won't leave you with uneven concrete walls, drains that go uphill, etc. But as far as performance as our design engineer, Stitt did a great job for us!
